The experience could not have been more pleasurable. I worked with Chris Cordray and Matt Salyers for a new Miata. There was absolutely no pressure for up-selling. They explained what they had, gave me the brochures, which I brought home after the sale to research. Would definitely consider working with them again.

I certainly regret this review, that I was wrong, it was my mistake, when I looked at the car I didn’t inspect it thoroughly and what I didn’t like was the gas tank without a cap, it’s just a new model but there’s nothing you can do about it, but otherwise everything was fine. If, of course, I had decided to immediately think and buy a new one instead of supporting it, then I would have been fine. And now I greet Mr. Scott and Mr. Chris. I thank them for their respect and attitude towards me.

Had a smooth, efficient process of making a trade for a new Telluride with Andy Peck. He was well-prepared to start the process on a Mon. morning after my phone call with him Sat. night before dealership closed. Andy was/ is a kind, patient, knowledgeable guy who won't pressure you or try to upsell a vehicle. He went above and beyond making me comfortable with the new car, and even made a walk-thru video of the car's many tech features that I could watch at home whenever I needed to. (I'm in the Boomer generation that has some trouble with all the "bells and whistles" in these new vehicles). He did all the settings for me like driver's seat, phone connection, radio, and Kia Connect. Encouraged me to call or come by with any more concerns or questions. Anyone thinking of buying a Kia, go to Crain Kia of Conway and ask for Andy Peck!! He will take great care of you!

Two years ago Jose R assisted us with a Mazda Miata MX 5 purchase for my husband. The car we wanted was ordered online and the purchase was quick, painless and easy! Routine service at the dealership has also been great w/constant communication & a video of the service details texted after complete. In December, Jose reached out to us asking if we wanted to look into a newer MX-5 which we actually were debating even b4 his outreach. We made an appt, fell in love with the newer MX-5 and actually at the same time purchased a CX-50 Turbo for me and I love it! I have never in my life written a positive review for a car dealership but Mazda North has been beyond amazing. This was the best buying experience of my life. Jacoby was very friendly and helped streamline everything. Finance was a breeze. I remember when buying a car took all day. I was in and out in just over 2 hours with a brand new Ford F150 Lariat. Gullo Ford Conroe has a customer for life. Beautiful facilities also!
