Owned the car 5 months. Very happy with interior comfort and the stowing/storage space in the rear. The sound system is impressive. Took a little time to become accustomed to the entertainment system but I just needed experience. Good road handling in the winter. Practically no road noise. A joy to drive. The turbo gives a smooth punch of pickup. Don’t feel the speed! Interior is compact and efficient and steering wheel and seats warm up fast at the push of a button. An absolute pleasure to drive.

I got there they checked my car in the truck it away. We discussed what I needed to have done and told them to do whatever they needed to do to fix it and hour and 10 minutes later it was all set to go. I bought now four cars from Janice over the last 10 years, I will not go to anyone else. She is patient and answers every single question you could have about the car. The most importantly, she works with her customers, not against them. The sales desk is, however, another matter altogether. After Janice help me decide on a vehicle, David at the sales desk created some quotes, he knew that I was an informed buyer and knew how to calculate lease payments on the fly, but that didn?t stop him from trying to manipulate the deal. To be honest, I expect this kind of behavior but to a certain point. I would think if you had a customer standing in front of you that knows what you?re doing, you would be more transparent and make the buying process more pleasant. I ended up leaving with the deal that was originally agreed-upon so the outcome was good.

Very attentive staff that made the process feel easy. I needed a car in a pinch; they worked hard and went the extra mile to get me the car when I needed it. They even took care of my rental after I picked up the car.
