Owned the car 5 months. Very happy with interior comfort and the stowing/storage space in the rear. The sound system is impressive. Took a little time to become accustomed to the entertainment system but I just needed experience. Good road handling in the winter. Practically no road noise. I appreciate the lane indicator features. Great small SUV

A joy to drive. The turbo gives a smooth punch of pickup. Don’t feel the speed! Interior is compact and efficient and steering wheel and seats warm up fast at the push of a button. An absolute pleasure to drive.

Customer service was excellent. Adrian was a sales person and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain our options and go over the pros and cons of each vehicle, and gave us the space and time to make our decision. Great experience; Professional, courteous, and no pressure attitude made the process smooth and enjoyable. The sales person (Troy) understood our needs and provided good guidance to help us make an informed decision. The finance department (Vardan) added to the positive experience by explaining our warranty options, while fast processing the transaction thus making sure we are out of the dealership in no time. I should add that we chose Sentry West Mazda over other dealers because it has high ratings, and we were not disappointed!
