A joy to drive. The turbo gives a smooth punch of pickup. Don’t feel the speed! Interior is compact and efficient and steering wheel and seats warm up fast at the push of a button. An absolute pleasure to drive.

Customer service was excellent. Adrian was a sales person and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain our options and go over the pros and cons of each vehicle, and gave us the space and time to make our decision. We picked up our Mazda CX-5 today and know we made the right choice!

Today I leased a 2023 Mazda CX-5. I am very happy with this vehicle. The salesman, Paul Denning did an outstanding job in presenting the new features of the CX-5. I was very impressed with the auto start of the vehicle from an app on my phone. Paul took care of all the registration and demonstrated a lot of patience in getting a "binder" from my insurance company so I could get the CX-5 within 24 hours. Bought our 2020 Mazda cx5 here and get all maintenance done in their service dept - they are the best: video walkthroughs in process, explain clearly what is being done to your car, quick turnaround, great customer service. It?s hard to find a good, reliable, and honest dealer these days - no problem though, you got Ira Mazda in Westwood. I don?t make reviews often but I felt I had to let people know - I?ve owned over 50 cars over the years and I have seen the full run of mechanics and dealers. Plus our Mazda has been worry free for almost 70k miles. When we get another car it will be with these guys. Also, the buying process was no pressure/super easy.

I got there they checked my car in the truck it away. We discussed what I needed to have done and told them to do whatever they needed to do to fix it and hour and 10 minutes later it was all set to go. I was impressed with the video That they sent me explaining what they did. I thought that was pretty interesting.

Had no appointment was seen by Antwan from the service department took care of my car needs. Excellent customer service was in and out the door in one hour and 45 minutes. Car washed and repaired couldn?t ask for better service

Brought it in for the first oil change, etc. They wash the car afterward, which not all dealers do. And I had accidentally pulled off a plastic part behind the left front wheel, and they put it back on with no fuss and little expense.
