Owned the car 5 months. Very happy with interior comfort and the stowing/storage space in the rear. The sound system is impressive. Took a little time to become accustomed to the entertainment system but I just needed experience. Good road handling in the winter. Practically no road noise. I appreciate the lane indicator features. Great small SUV

The dealership itself was extremely clean and inviting! Huge plus that there are always numerous options on the lot to choose from. All of the gentlemen were externally welcoming and kind & made an effort to work quickly to value my trade & see what my options would be. Everything was broken down for me & there was no “get the car out the door” motive, just truly care for what’s best for the customer.There were options lined up for me when I arrived based on what I told the Salesman, Rodrigo, that coordinated dates, times & my interests with me. Corey and team went above and beyond to help me and my twin 16 yr old daughters. We had just spent 2 hrs at a competitors dealership getting belittled and chastised. He went out of his way to show us everything they had within our price range. It was also 115 outside and that didnt stop him from providing great customer service. But what was the best customer service was Corey providing me a suggestion of leasing 2 new mazda 3 versus buying 2 used cars. The outcome was better than expected. I ended up with 2 new 2018 cars for less out of pocket money and a lower monthly payment that I currently had with one car. There was no pressure at all! I have never felt so comfortable in buying a new car than I did at this dealership. The entire process was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and kind. It truly felt like family. I purchased my Mazda CX-5 in 2019 before it was Luther's. I was not impressed with that aspect a lot of errors. But the service department has always been great. When I call to schedule an appointment for Maintenace, they always work with my time frame. Service department employees are friendly, and I know everything will be taken care of.

He was not only very friendly, but very knowledgeable as well. His dealership had an excellent inventory selection, and we found the exact car we researched. We were prepared to go "shopping", but that wasn't necessary, as Dan and his crew made our car-buying a pleasure. They gave us a fair price for our trade, which we had researched, and the monthly lease payment was among the most competitive we saw advertised. The CX-5 is a terrific car. I would highly recommend the car and the dealership.

I dislike going to the car dealer for service so much! However, I will tell you that going to Mazda has totally changed my outlook. People are courteous, polite, and very professional. If I have to go get my car serviced it will always be to Mazda. Love my M3.

I shop on line for my car and went I was ready to buy they did not granted a silver maintenance they offer to me by phone. Very disappointed. They ask me to pay $1400 extra to pay.

My husband and I picked up our new 2022 Mazda 3 yesterday. We live in Green Valley but could not find the car we wanted closer than Scottsdale. We dealt with Austin Mougel by email and texts to trade our vehicle and buy the Mazda we wanted. We could not be more pleased with the pleasant, careful and thorough process completed by Austin and the rest of the Mark Mazda team.
