Owned the car 5 months. Very happy with interior comfort and the stowing/storage space in the rear. The sound system is impressive. Took a little time to become accustomed to the entertainment system but I just needed experience. Good road handling in the winter. Practically no road noise. I appreciate the lane indicator features. Great small SUV

The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

A joy to drive. The turbo gives a smooth punch of pickup. Don’t feel the speed! Interior is compact and efficient and steering wheel and seats warm up fast at the push of a button. An absolute pleasure to drive.

My wife was looking for a smaller car then the full-size SUV we currently had. We have owned Madzas in The past and were always happy with the brand. We worked with David Oldenquist who went over Our options. My wife decided size wise that the CX-30 was perfect. David arranged for a drive And we decided we liked CX-30. We put together A deal without any back and forth drama and David introduced us to Alex Belsky who prepared all The necessary paper work which we signed and a date Was set up to pick up the car. David then Went over the options and answered any questions We had about the CX-30. All and all working with David and Alex was a pleasant experience and we Would recommend Northend Madza to anyone looking For a no hassle car buying experience.

Great dealership. Didn’t have what I was looking for first time in so they took my information and didn’t try pressuring me into a sale. Little while later a vehicle I was interested came in. They remembered all my information and I got a great sales experience. They gave a good offer on my trade and they DID NOT play games with the price (no market adjustments, dealer required accessories, etc.). Very satisfied.

I was looking for a car at their Madison location, and they were not able to sell me the car. So I went down to this dealership, and they were able to sell me the car at a fair price for both parties! The saleswoman, Robyn, was amazing to work with! Robyn was never pushy, and I felt that my decisions were always respected throughout this whole process. This is something I really appreciated as a first-time car-owner. I literally walked in with the expectation that I would be way too upside down to meet my payment requirements. Needless to say the first payment they hit me with was WAY WAY out of my budget and I said I think we are just too far apart, well after some more negotiating and telling them my absolute top end price, the pulled a rabbit out of the hat, ended up saving me thousands off on a Gorgeous 2023 Santa Fe Calligraphy. Ariel and the sales manger took real good care of me. And as a bonus they were able to meet my credit unions interest rate. There is a reason you see so many positive reviews for Hiley Hyundai!

I do not have enough good things to say about working with Ivan to get our dream car. He was exceedingly knowledgeable about our CX-50 and spent a solid 30 minutes or more walking us through the features and making sure the car was comfortable for me to drive off in. He got us the exact price we wanted and expected, and was extremely friendly and patient, even when dealing with another customer at the same time towards closing time. He even offered to take our picture with our new car before leaving! I will always highly recommend Ivan and this dealership.

I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries.
