Owned the car 5 months. Very happy with interior comfort and the stowing/storage space in the rear. The sound system is impressive. Took a little time to become accustomed to the entertainment system but I just needed experience. Good road handling in the winter. Practically no road noise. I appreciate the lane indicator features. Great small SUV

A joy to drive. The turbo gives a smooth punch of pickup. Don’t feel the speed! Interior is compact and efficient and steering wheel and seats warm up fast at the push of a button. An absolute pleasure to drive.

I was very impressed with the quick response I received from both Jeff Meadows and Matt Borsecnik when I had inquired about the CX-5 SUV. After my initial conversation with Jeff, Matt called me back within 15 minutes to let me know they had the vehicle I was interested in and it had been pulled off the floor waiting for my arrival! When I first saw that this dealer had five star reviews, I was pretty suspicious, but after my buying experience, I understand why. Kieley, in sales was super helpful and pleasant to work with. If you go here to look at a car, ask for her. I was buying a used vehicle that need some brake work before it could be sold. When the brake light came on shortly after I picked it up, they took it back in and fixed the problem, no questions asked. Chase and Michael in service were both extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. Overall, I highly recommend this dealer.

Corey and team went above and beyond to help me and my twin 16 yr old daughters. We had just spent 2 hrs at a competitors dealership getting belittled and chastised. So after leaving that dealership we stopped at Cardinaleway just to look at their used cars. We couldnt have been greeted by a nicer salesman than JP. He went out of his way to show us everything they had within our price range. It was also 115 outside and that didnt stop him from providing great customer service. But what was the best customer service was Corey providing me a suggestion of leasing 2 new mazda 3 versus buying 2 used cars. The outcome was better than expected. I ended up with 2 new 2018 cars for less out of pocket money and a lower monthly payment that I currently had with one car. There was no pressure at all! I have never felt so comfortable in buying a new car than I did at this dealership. The entire process was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and kind. It truly felt like family. Brought the CX5 for repair of CMU. Took a little longer than expected, but turned out fine. Brandon was polite, courteous and knowledgeable regarding the issues. He calmly explained everything, and addressed all my concerns.
