WAS GREAT HE WAS FRIENDLY AND ALSO MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND AT EASE THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS OF ALL THE PAPER WORK THAT GOES INTO BUYING A CAR CAN BE NERVE WRECKING. BUT HE MADE IT A SMOOTH AND FAST PROCESS THE BEST THUS FAR I EVER HAD WHEN PURCHASING A CAR. THESE TWO GENTLEMEN WILL DID A GREAT JOB AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE .THANKS AGAIN I WILL RECOMMEND OTHERS TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SURE.

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

I purchased a new vehicle in July and having used this dealership for my last car I decided to go there again. I chose my dealer from the website and was not disappointed. Mr. Gerald Griffin was a pleasure to work with. I knew the car I wanted and they had some in stock. I wasn't sure what color I wanted but I selected the red 2026 Honda CRV! Gerald was able to answer the questions I had and those I hadn't thought of. He thoroughly explained the financial part and answer questions to things I was unclear of. He took me around the dealership to the service department even though I had worked with most of them for the last 17 years of servicing my previous car!😊 Last but not least we went on a test drive he explained all the bells and whistles of my new car. We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.

Very comfortable, drives great, awful entertainment system. Instead of touch screen there is a dial you turn to select radio, Waze, basically everything for screen. It's difficult. Dial doesn't move smoothly and you wind up looking down and giving so much attention, you can get in an accident. If your not a person to use different apps in car then it's great otherwise get a vehicle with touch screen.

The CX5 is a great vehicle for a great price!! I find this SUV to be very comfortable to drive and it handles great on the highway as well as the back roads! The simplicity of the interior design is a welcome change for me. I found all the touch screen technology of my other vehicle was very distracting while driving and it was just more to go wrong!

Great customer service. Kept us up to date as the repairs were being done and timing when we could expect the return of our car. We even got a video showing what was wrong with the car. Their appointment schedule was full but they were able to work us into their schedule.

Rep was great, no hard sale, spent time with me, looking at various options. Manager was also easy to work with and make my deal happen. Made extra effort to make deal happen and drive car out that night (stayed an hour after closing!). Found a spot later on car, without hesitation, took it to shop and buffed out, they could have easily not done this. Great experience!

I shopped here for a used Mazda3. The person I scheduled the appointment with was not available when I arrived. I was given a new sales associate. We test drove the car together. We discussed pricing. I was fully expecting them to tack on a bunch of useless add-ons that were non-negotiable. Instead, he added a few optional add-ons and a small fee for reconditioning the car. I thought the fee was reasonable. It was simple to remove the optional add-ons. I was shocked by the experience. It went really well. The manager was really nice. Unfortunately we were still a bit apart on the price so I left to sleep on it. I was pleasantly surprised by their behavior. Maybe there is hope that dealerships can be straightforward and professional. I recommend these guys even though I didn't buy from them in the end.
