We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.

I was worried because I have been coming here for 15 years and they recently switched owners. But I?m glad to find out the whole service team is still here. Thank you guys. Very comfortable, drives great, awful entertainment system. Instead of touch screen there is a dial you turn to select radio, Waze, basically everything for screen. It's difficult. Dial doesn't move smoothly and you wind up looking down and giving so much attention, you can get in an accident. If your not a person to use different apps in car then it's great otherwise get a vehicle with touch screen.

So easy, it left me extremely pleased! I brought two friends with me for "second-third opinions," and they both enjoyed sharing the adventure with me! Very happy with our salesman who explained clearly what each step was in the test drive and through the paperwork.

The CX5 is a great vehicle for a great price!! I find this SUV to be very comfortable to drive and it handles great on the highway as well as the back roads! The simplicity of the interior design is a welcome change for me. I found all the touch screen technology of my other vehicle was very distracting while driving and it was just more to go wrong!

I purchased a Honda from Weir Canyon in 2018 and had such a good experience that I always kept it in mind for my next car purchase. I came in last night to test drive the new Civic with Joe and was once again impressed by the sales staff here. There's absolutely no pressure from them to make a deal. Joe ran through his pitch, took everything I wanted into consideration and never made me feel intimidated or pressured to pull the trigger. After we made our deal, I worked with Eli on financing. I walked into his office reluctantly because financing is always the hard part of buying a car. Within seconds, Eli made me feel comfortable. He gave me excellent advice about what I might need and never tried to pressure me into purchasing anything I didn't want. I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours and got a great deal. Most importantly, it was a great buying experience overall because I dealt with Joe and Eli. I don't plan to purchase another car anytime soon, but when the time comes I'll be back again and referring Weir Canyon to everyone in the meantime.

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

We picked up a preowned EQS and the transaction was smooth. I'd been in contact with Simon prior to just walking in. I wish they negotiated price, but I guess Autonation dealers stopped doing that...I'm old school, I'd prefer to negotiate. The finance process could have been a bit quicker and smoother. All said, we got there a bit before 1pm and were out around 4pm. We had to stay on top of things during the finance process for a few promised items to ensure we'd get a due bill. Signed a bunch of papers, but when I got to the one that committed my dollars, I to refused to go any further until I got the due bill. Just make sure you know the buying process and advocate for yourself. Every dealer tries to squeeze you, HOI is on the spectrum of one of the better experiences. We didn't experience any high pressure tactics, so we appreciate that. I think Simon and his partner Salem are good sales guys to deal with.

I had a large problem regarding my new Mazda 6 Touring Car. When given this information I couldn't believe it. After doing some research I found the problem was real. I went to Mazda and talked with GM Jeff Donnell to explain the problem. Even he couldn't believe it. After 15 mins he came and told me he was going to take of the problem himself and not to worry. The next day problem solved. I did not have to remind him or follow up. It just happened. It nice when someone does what they say they are going to do. Sales Rep did a good job finding the car that I was interested in purchasing cane with me while I was test driving the car. I I liked the used car and price that I was interested in buying. However, the dealership did not offer me enough trade in allowance for the vechele that I wanted to trade in.

visited this Anaheim dealership twice over two weeks. First was just looking around, then I checked out another dealership in Orange but ended up rushing back here to lease a Ioniq 5 with all-wheel drive. Juan Zúñiga handled everything from the get-go, and there was no pressure whatsoever. I test drove 3 cars, hopped in and out of them loads, and nobody rushed me.
