I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

Darwin Flores is the best salesperson to deal with at this dealership. This is the second time in two years he has gone above and beyond to accommodate me and make my purchasing experience one of the best. I do have to say when it came to the finance part, Madi was good until I declined any extra maintenance he tried to sell me, he became very upset, and that was not a good experience! I would definitely recommend Darwin to anyone and Kenny the Mgr. was also very helpful.

We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.

Staff is always courteous and service was excellent. Phil and the mechanics took care of everything and I was out in under 2hours. Thank you!

Very comfortable, drives great, awful entertainment system. Instead of touch screen there is a dial you turn to select radio, Waze, basically everything for screen. It's difficult. Dial doesn't move smoothly and you wind up looking down and giving so much attention, you can get in an accident. If your not a person to use different apps in car then it's great otherwise get a vehicle with touch screen.

The CX5 is a great vehicle for a great price!! I find this SUV to be very comfortable to drive and it handles great on the highway as well as the back roads! The simplicity of the interior design is a welcome change for me. I found all the touch screen technology of my other vehicle was very distracting while driving and it was just more to go wrong!

My issues tested every level of customer service, from Dealer to Mechanic Service, to Corporate, and everyone in each department rose to the challenge. i learned my best approach would be going to an authorized dealership. i knew the car year & model that i wanted. i started compiling an excel list with all the car details. i google searched all mercedes dealerships starting in NJ (figured used car conditions there would be better) & noted all the mileage, prices, interior/exterior colors. i went through all of them, & wasn't too impressed & seemed a bit out of my price range for good mileage. the very last dealership i came across was Silver Star Motors in Long Island City. i checked their Certified Pre-Owned List & they had 2 exact options that i would be extremely happy with (light beige interior - which was harder to find!). the mileage & price for both options was a total steal compared to all the other dealerships.. a steal deal by far! I sent in on Sunday (they were closed) the submission of interest to schedule a test drive. I got a phone call from a rep at Silver Star Motors on Monday morning, who eventually connected me to Diana Sokolova. She called & texted me, first making sure that they actually still had both cars. She was very friendly, professional, direct, and prompt with all the replies. Quickly confirmed that both cars were indeed in store, & that i could come in to check them out. once i got there, she immediately welcomed (i didn't have to wait an hour or so like the previous experience at the private dealership), & took me straight to the cars, which were side by side next to each other. i already had a preference between the 2 options, & was able to test drive the main preference in no time. they had to shift about some cars to bring it down, i was very surprised how fast it was done. Diana was very knowledgeable & answered all of my questions with assurance. She definitely also helped pace out the test drive longer so that i could feel extra confident that the car in test was the one. she never rushed to end the test drive, much appreciated! After the test drive, i was certain to purchase. The price was exactly as advertised, no hidden fees, or anything. They advertised that as such, truly is the case.. again no hidden fees! I wasn't able to get the price down any, but the price was already so good. Great price, unbelievable mileage, perfect condition as used. The car was practically new! After finalizing, Diana was amazing once again! i had to call to set up and purchase car insurance, she helped make that process extra easy and smooth. With that done, i had the chance to drive home with the car right away. I made a request on numbers that i like for a license plate, & by luck it all worked out with the timing because of Diana's handle! Got exactly what i wanted! It was getting late, Diana & the whole Silver Star Motors team was indeed able to get everything in order at the end, & i was able to drive the car home on spot! (otherwise would've had to return the next day) I'm a beyond happy customer at Silver Star Motors; & I'm still completely grateful for Diana's amazing help with the 1st time purchase! If I'm ever back in market, they have my complete loyalty - will go directly to them! Diana is the best! Can't thank her enough! Hope my review is helpful! Diana + Silver Star deserve it!
