I came in 5 min before closing the last day of the month to get a particular sale option. I managed to find the car I wanted, and West Herr Mazda offered me a great deal. Lydia was my saleslady, and she wasn't one bit stressed by all the rush and having to stay late. All kinds of things were happening at once, with a team of people helping out.
