New and used 2025 Mazda CX-5 2.5 S Preferred Package for sale near Gibsonia, PA

I always drove American cars. Father worked for GM. But this time I went for price/reliability/style. The interior could use some redesigning. Some of the switches should not be where they are. That's my only negative. I am glad I purchased this make /model. I glad I moved from American to Asian made. I am writing this with only 1 month driving the CX5. I am starting to like the car more and more. What would have been a better option...have heated side mirrors instead of heated seats. Your butt will eventually warm the seat. But the heated mirrors would benefit the driver more in the cold months. Good car.

The audio on the Carbon edition is outstanding. I purchased this SUV due to its value and reliability. I would highly recommend the Mazda CX 5.

Great dealership. Didn’t have what I was looking for first time in so they took my information and didn’t try pressuring me into a sale. Little while later a vehicle I was interested came in. They remembered all my information and I got a great sales experience. They gave a good offer on my trade and they DID NOT play games with the price (no market adjustments, dealer required accessories, etc.). Very satisfied.

From scheduling my appointment to having the service done it was excellent. In and out in 30 minutes for routine oil change line and tire rotation.

My wife and I attended the Auto Show a few weeks ago and decided our next vehicle would be the CX9, Walser Mazda had the exterior/interior color and trim level we wanted. Shannon Rode always makes sure I am well taken care of when I bring my car to be fixed or serviced. She goes the extra mile to see that I have a loaner if they keep my car so I can get to work. I know I can always depend on her. She's a joy to see and chat with as well.

Our salesman was Glenn Gannaway. After coming to an agreement on the purchase of the vehicle, we had filled out a form for requests to be completed as part of the deal. One request was to repair or replace the damaged headliner. Secondly, Glenn told us he would get us the second of the pair of key fobs. Thirdly, we requested a bottle of touch up paint to take care of small nicks in the exterior paint. Now three weeks later, we are still waiting for these requests to be taken care of by this dealership.” The updated review is a five star review “We purchased a 2019 Ford Edge Titanium from this dealership on 11/10/22. We traded in our Ford Escape and our F-150 on this vehicle to have lower payment and more comforts. The experience, although time consuming has ended on a good note and I would recommend buying a new or used vehicle from the Machens Auto Group.”

I wrote a bad review on Paretti dealer on the purchase of my Infiniti G37 because as reported by Infiniti of Baton Rouge , the 122000 miles service was performed , but Paretti got the car from Infiniti as completed ;they were under the impression as i was the required service was done , Paretti called me and they were more than willing to work with me even thou it wasn't their fault . They went the extra mile to help me correct the issues and performed the maintenance for me on my Infiniti . I am more than pleased on the response from Paretti , they were professional, courteous and concerned .
