I came in 5 min before closing the last day of the month to get a particular sale option. I managed to find the car I wanted, and West Herr Mazda offered me a great deal. Lydia was my saleslady, and she wasn't one bit stressed by all the rush and having to stay late. All kinds of things were happening at once, with a team of people helping out. We bought the vehicle and returned the next day to pick up the car. Lydia was quite busy, so Chris stepped up to explain all the technology of the vehicle. Overall, the dealership staff worked amazingly well together and provided an excellent sales experience!

Very hesitant at first to talk with the team due to an unpleasant experience at the local Honda dealership under the same corporate umbrella. However, it was a total 360-degree difference — and all positive. First impressions are always crucial, and this team knocked it out of the park. I had Sarah as my sales person, would recommend, 5 stars, she was a very helpful sales person when I was there letting me test drive cars and re test drive the cars when I asked, she was very kind hearted and even got her manager DeWayne to get a really good price on the vehicle. AMAZING SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I start off with those three words so even if you don't read this whole review you get the point. We were traveling through Augusta GA after evacuating from hurricane Ida that had just devastated the New Orleans area. All warning lights popped up on the dash of my 2016 VW Jetta SEL and the vehicle went in to limp mode. Zero power over 35mph. On top of the destruction of hurricane Ida back home in New Orleans now I have a car that just basically gave up on me. The already pit in my stomach became even larger and only the worst case scenarios were going through my head now. A Google search leads me to the amazing team at Gerald Jones Volkswagen and the magic begins. Expecting at least a two or three day hotel stay in Augusta my service advisor Charles Davis takes me in to his service drive and assures me that everything will be alright and immediately puts one of his top techs named Mr. Chris on the case. Turns out it was as simple as a wheel speed sensor that the parts specialist Candace Betsch had sitting on the shelf in the parts department. While waiting on my vehicle to be repaired and strolling through the new car showroom I was greeted by the nicest young lady by the name of Vickie McPhee who introduced herself as the General Manager and was just as sweet as could be making sure that I was doing okay with a true concern about our safety during this hurricane evacuation. She even went as far as to introduce me to one of the owners Mr. David Jones and we had a great conversation as well. Next thing I know my service advisor Charles was standing next to me telling me that the speed sensor had already been replaced and my vehicle after being washed and run through quality control was ready to go. This my friends is one heck of a car dealership that has employed a team of people that truly care about their customers no matter where they are from or what dealership the vehicle was purchased. Unhappy my 2012 S60 is using oil and I have to bring to dealer for additional quart of oil every 1500 miles. I only have 92,000 miles on my car. This is not a reflection of the Service department but Volvo automaker. Likely will need to replace pistons and rings and anticipate a bill of several thousand dollars some day.

Great dealership. Didn’t have what I was looking for first time in so they took my information and didn’t try pressuring me into a sale. Little while later a vehicle I was interested came in. They remembered all my information and I got a great sales experience. They gave a good offer on my trade and they DID NOT play games with the price (no market adjustments, dealer required accessories, etc.). Very satisfied.

I shop on line for my car and went I was ready to buy they did not granted a silver maintenance they offer to me by phone. Very disappointed. They ask me to pay $1400 extra to pay.

I exclusively go to dennis dillon for service. I live in la grande oregon. There are dealerships closer to where I live but I will gladly drive to boise idaho. They are on top of it and actually care. They go out of there way to make sure everything is taken care of and if there is a mistake or the problem wasn't resolved the first time they make sure it gets taken care of as conveniently as possible.
