I always drove American cars. Father worked for GM. But this time I went for price/reliability/style. The interior could use some redesigning. Some of the switches should not be where they are. That's my only negative. I am glad I purchased this make /model. I glad I moved from American to Asian made. I am writing this with only 1 month driving the CX5. I am starting to like the car more and more. What would have been a better option...have heated side mirrors instead of heated seats. Your butt will eventually warm the seat. But the heated mirrors would benefit the driver more in the cold months. Good car.

Chase bank jerked me around for a week and a half, had me in tears, before telling me my only choice was to buy out the vehicle lease or return it to a Mazda dealer. I told him all the things Chase told me I had to do and he said “you don’t have to do a thing, I will take care of this for you.” And he did! I was looking for a used car and had been to other dealers, who had denied me. But since I had bought a used car from Mitsubishi a long time ago, I figured I would try them too. Though, I thought for sure they would turn me down too. To my surprise not only did they Not Turn Me Down but they got me approved for a new car. Not only that but the monthly payments were almost what I had been paying a month for my used car. I decided then and there that I wouldn't go any place else for a new or used car.
