New and used 2025 Mazda CX-5 for sale near Lower Burrell, PA

I wrote a bad review on Paretti dealer on the purchase of my Infiniti G37 because as reported by Infiniti of Baton Rouge , the 122000 miles service was performed , but Paretti got the car from Infiniti as completed ;they were under the impression as i was the required service was done , Paretti called me and they were more than willing to work with me even thou it wasn't their fault . They went the extra mile to help me correct the issues and performed the maintenance for me on my Infiniti . I am more than pleased on the response from Paretti , they were professional, courteous and concerned . Timmy and Mr. Lyle helped me solved my concerns and wanted to be sure the car was in top shape before it left the lot . Thanks you Paretti , you earned a new costumer for life . Sergio

I always drove American cars. Father worked for GM. But this time I went for price/reliability/style. The interior could use some redesigning. Some of the switches should not be where they are. That's my only negative. I am glad I purchased this make /model. I glad I moved from American to Asian made. I am writing this with only 1 month driving the CX5. I am starting to like the car more and more. What would have been a better option...have heated side mirrors instead of heated seats. Your butt will eventually warm the seat. But the heated mirrors would benefit the driver more in the cold months. Good car.

The audio on the Carbon edition is outstanding. I purchased this SUV due to its value and reliability. I would highly recommend the Mazda CX 5.

My battery failed, so I had to jumpstart my car. I took it to the dealership for an oil change and battery replacement. When I was checking in, Patsy (my service advisor) asked me if I?d ever had the battery replaced. I told her I had so she said she?d see if it was still under warranty. It was, so I didn?t have to pay anything for the new battery.

Will not find a sharper looking enjoyable to drive crossover in it's class. 2025 CX5 Signature The top of line for 40,000 a sweet handling get up and go 2.5 turbo GDI.

We worked with David Oldenquist who went over Our options. My wife decided size wise that the CX-30 was perfect. David arranged for a drive And we decided we liked CX-30. We put together A deal without any back and forth drama and David introduced us to Alex Belsky who prepared all The necessary paper work which we signed and a date Was set up to pick up the car. David then Went over the options and answered any questions We had about the CX-30. All and all working with David and Alex was a pleasant experience and we Would recommend Northend Madza to anyone looking For a no hassle car buying experience.

My wife had been researching a replacement for her 2017 Highlander and ultimately fell in love with the CX-90 PHEV Premium Plus. I reached out to several local Mazda dealerships- all of which were very good- but Mall of Georgia Mazda differentiated itself with its quick response, direct, professional no-hassle approach that ultimately produced the most pleasant and easy car-buying experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve bought 15+ cars). It was definitely worth the 1 hour one-way drive from our house to Buford for the level of care and attention we received! I’d worked through an out-the-door price with Dylan prior to actually visiting the lot. Dylan was very easy to work with and super responsive. I made an appointment to visit the dealership the next day, where my wife and I met Robert Schmidt. He was very friendly, personable and respectful in introducing himself to my wife and me. We’d already gotten a confirmed offer to buy our Highlander from another dealership across the street, but Fabian in Finance wouldn’t let us leave without giving us an incredible trade-in offer on the vehicle! Our experience with Fabian/Finance was also very pleasant - no pressure at all to sell us tons of add-ons and things we didn’t ask for. The signing process was very fast, paperless and all saved on a thumb drive for us. The pick-up experience was outstanding! Our new vehicle was right up front, bright, shiny and ready for us. Robert and the team paid particular attention to the details and made sure we were extremely happy with the vehicle setup and entire process. Up front on what to expect on out of the dealer price, No surprises ! Waiting área was decent , water and refreshments. Staff immediately offer something to drink and shows the waiting area . Nice environment , makes you Feel like family

This was my second time leasing through this dealership. Mikayla was great and handled most of the communication through text which made it very easy for me with my schedule. Mikayla and Franklin are super friendly and make you feel very welcomed. Love my new Cx-5 !

I just bought my first car form this dealership, and I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership! I was looking for a car at their Madison location, and they were not able to sell me the car. So I went down to this dealership, and they were able to sell me the car at a fair price for both parties! The saleswoman, Robyn, was amazing to work with! She was straightforward and amiable and was so helpful in walking me through every step in buying a vehicle. Robyn was never pushy, and I felt that my decisions were always respected throughout this whole process. This is something I really appreciated as a first-time car-owner. She was communicative, and overall, a pleasure to work with! Overall, I truly enjoyed working with this dealership. From management, to finance, to their sales representatives I had an excellent experience, and I would definitely buy another car from this dealership again in the future!

Good experience. Always friendly and shows customers appreciation. Carefully inspects the vehicle in order to fix any problem. Gives a report on service need and let the customer know what is needed to fix the problem.

The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

Great dealership. Didn’t have what I was looking for first time in so they took my information and didn’t try pressuring me into a sale. Little while later a vehicle I was interested came in. They remembered all my information and I got a great sales experience. They gave a good offer on my trade and they DID NOT play games with the price (no market adjustments, dealer required accessories, etc.). Very satisfied.

I engaged with the folks at North Penn Mazda to purchase a vehicle online. Some life events unfolded which prohibited me purchasing my vehicle. The folks at North Penn, (Dan in sales in particular), were kind and understanding. The cancelled the sale and returned my deposit without question.
