I went to Test Drive a CX90 PHEV and worked with Carlos. Carlos was exceptionally knowledgeable on the vehicle and the test drive route he directed me through really highlighted the vehicles performance and handling. From the moment arriving at the Hiley Hyundai Dealership (Burleson), we were greeted with smiles and courtesy. I noticed the facility had been remodeled since my last vist; super nicely done. The process was seamless and clear which was indeed appreciated. Brad Fansler was our Sales Person/Manager during the process; very accommodating. Our vehicle purchase options was to our liking as we were intent with our preferences; again very pleased with the process. The finance process was clear, effortless, and prompt; quite please with that part of the process. Furthermore, the closing moments of the overall process proved to be the reason for our preference to shop for vehicles at this dealership; we've purchased three automobiles from this Hiley Dealership, and will continue to do so for these very reasons.

My wife and I purchased a CX9 at Hiley Mazda of Hurst in December of 2021. It was a great experience. I took the vehicle in for a recall item today and had the best experience ever from a service department. The service advisor was Sixtos Rodriguez. He is amazing at customer service. Con”sway”la is a tiny thing but don’t let her size fool ya! During my 50+ years of buying either (Chrysler) luxury or sporty vehicles, I have never had a rep who knew more about every single aspect of each vehicle. She is a walking service manual! AND “Sway” actually listens to and cares about her clients. She’s honest and has an incredible personality! Ask for her!!!

Needed help with cost of rear wheel alignment. But salesman would not consider any help with a price drop to help me cover the alignment as was noted by mechanics.

I came in 5 min before closing the last day of the month to get a particular sale option. I managed to find the car I wanted, and West Herr Mazda offered me a great deal. Lydia was my saleslady, and she wasn't one bit stressed by all the rush and having to stay late. All kinds of things were happening at once, with a team of people helping out. We bought the vehicle and returned the next day to pick up the car. Lydia was quite busy, so Chris stepped up to explain all the technology of the vehicle. Overall, the dealership staff worked amazingly well together and provided an excellent sales experience!

Alex was incredible from start to finish and was so thoughtful in dealing with a disabled person. He was kind, knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us. Instead he let the car “speak” for itself. In addition, they detailed the vehicle immediately and we drove it home. Then to my surprise, I received a call this week stating that they were going to install a previously ordered windshield since it had a very small chip. I was flabbergasted but so appreciative of their attention to detail. Their collision and glass center personnel were equally as professional and supplied a vehicle to use while it was being installed. I think they set the bar very very high and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them or refer anyone to them. Such a tremendous group! Oh and I want to acknowledge how warmly my little dog was greeted and treated. It meant the world to me 🌹

I've been taking my PT Cruiser to Quality for 12 or 13 years, ever since moving to Albuquerque. In 35 years of owning cars, this is the best repair shop I've used. They're prompt, and they fix the problem (not my experience with some other places).

I dislike going to the car dealer for service so much! However, I will tell you that going to Mazda has totally changed my outlook. People are courteous, polite, and very professional. If I have to go get my car serviced it will always be to Mazda. Love my M3.
