This dealership is a great place to buy your new Mazda! Sergey, my salesman, was especially helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient. He went through all the details on how to use the car's many features and knew the answers to all of my questions. One very important thing: they didn't try to sneak any additional charges into the contract after we agreed on the price. Most car dealerships that I have bought from do this, but not Maita Mazda. This is one place that is thinking long-term and working to create a solid reputation and many happy, returning customers!

I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.

Very impressive mid sized SUV. Very solid handling, great on gas, and looks solid. Very happy with the purchase. I looked at many others in the same class and I thought this was the best looking, had the best interior set up and is economical. Very happy with the purchase. Definitely would recommend.

Had been looking for a new car after a life changing career change that had me making less than ever before. After driving premium German cars for the past 10+ years it was hard to find something even close on my budget. That all changed when I went to look at a Mazda CX-5! It is sporty, amazing turbo charged engine, upscale inside and out all packaged at an amazing value. It truly reminded me of my previous BMW X3 in so many ways but not the price. The features included in the Turbo Premium AWD model I purchased was endless. Love the rain sensing wipers, heated & cooled seats, heated steering wheel, real leather seats, all the standard safety, Bose stereo, 360 camera, and so much more. Love the way it drives and rides all while feeling like a German car. My experience at the dealership was also more like a high end car marker, while making you feel welcome and valued.

i am a new buyer so i went there first because i heard very good things about carmax...they are excellent in the cars they sale...no dealing with the annoying cars sales men...there you go with an idea of a car and get it...well hopefully because they dont have a big inventory so before you go check the website...they littelly have all the cars they have so you dont waste time looking for one...bad thing :( when you have a car you want... dont hisatate...because before u know it its gone... i have lost about 5 cars for histateting...well i was looking at the car value in kelly blue book and when i was ready to buy it (with in one day) it was gone!!! so DONT HISATATE!!!

I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

We brought our Toyota Camry Hybrid in for her yearly service. As always, I request Austin as our service advisor because she is always so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend her. Our car was done in less than 1.5 hours and everything went quickly and efficiently.

I recently purchased a used 2017 CX-5 Mazda and I LOVE everything about it. I have always been a Honda fan but after this purchase, I just like everything about it. It opened up new possibilities for the Mazda line. It is great on gas, especially for commuting. It is comfortable and there is a considerable amount of trunk/cargo space in the back. That in itself is a plus! I feel safe in this car and it is dependable.

This is my follow up review for 2024 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. I have zero complaints or nits. With just under 3k miles I am now avg 31 mpg mostly on country roads and some city driving. No highway miles yet. Do not hesitate to buy this car you will not be dissapointed. I do wish this trim came with wireless carplay and android auto but I knew that when I purchased the car. The fit and finish is amazing.

By far the best Sub $40k vehicle I've ever owned. And I'm a UAW worker. Driving, Power, Interior material quality are top notch. Alot of soft touch materials.

I have the 2021 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. The car is beautiful, sports mode is great for picking up speed on the highway, the app is great and it has all the features I wanted in a great price- sunroof, remote start, leather seats, etc. Drawbacks: Backseat: Car seat does not have as much room in the back (I knew this prior to purchasing, but I didn't think it would be that bad. Unfortunately I do wish it had more leg room especially as my 5 year old continues to grow). Tire pressure is not displayed inside the vehicle. This has already impacted me when I had a blow out on the highway, I had no idea my tire was losing air. Other than these factors, I am happy with my purchase.

Before I came to Roseville Toyota, I knew exactly which car I wanted: a 2022 Prius Prime LE in Blue Magnetism, and I was not willing to compromise on the color. After searching through all my local dealerships in Southern California, I was finally able to find one in transit to Roseville, abour 430 miles north of me. I worked with Ali Goibnazarov during the week leading up to the vehicle's arrival and my subsequent purchase. Fortunately for me, Roseville does not take deposits and sells its vehicles on a first come, first served basis, or I never would have had the opportunity to buy my car. Ali was a dream to work with. He went above and beyond to keep me informed about the status of the vehicle and when it would be expected to arrive on the lot. He was extremely responsive to my questions and responded promptly in all communications. Ali also was mindful of the distance I traveled for my visit and did everything he could to give me an opportunity to buy the car within the restraints of their no holding vehicles or deposits policy. Living in Orlando, you know it’s kinda hard not to have a car to get you from place to place, especially when you are trying to juggle work, school, and personal life. As a person who works in the medical field, and having to be around patients on a daily basis, be at church twice a week, and as a nursing student, be able to get to my classes, and Clinical’s in a timely manner, it’s kind of hard not having a car to be able to do the things that I need to do. So I went onto my company’s website and saw that we had an opportunity to purchase a car through offlease Orlando, and I have been praying since February 2024 to get a Mazda CX-5, and when I saw they had two available. I called and spoke with Briana the BDC Rep who was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and showed her eagerness to assist me, she made sure that I received a text and email to remind me of my appt and my sales rep. When I got to the dealership, I met with Orlando who was one of my sales reps, and he was partnered with Jarid who into the office showed, showed me around, explain to me how the process was going to go since this was my first vehicle purchase, and they really made me feel welcomed. As one of the cars was already sold, the one that I really wanted it was actually here still and just waiting for me to call it mine and take it home. I test drove the car and the car ran perfect no issues, I had a Carfax and it really was just perfect for me. The process of purchasing the car was smooth, easy, and didn’t take no time at all. I was able to purchase my dream car, the Mazda CX-5, and be able to drive home with a beautiful car. With graduation being December 2025, this is my first big purchase, and this is going to help me be able to finish my classes before graduation, be able to help me and get to and from work, be able to help patient with my own personal company called “iFirst Care”, be able to drive myself to church, and be able to have fun with my friends and family. Sydney who is one of the Sales Reps and also the “Repo Lady” made sure she checked on me to make sure that I was doing OK as I was waiting in the waiting room for my paperwork to be finished and finalized. Albert who is the Finance Rep make sure that I had all my documents ready and prepared and made the signing process so easy and smooth to the point that I did not break a sweat when I signed my life away Lol! I purchased a used Toyota 4x4 vehicle without test driving on the freeway. After the purchase I had to drive approx. 100 miles on the freeway to get home. The steering shook a lot and the vehicle drifted to the right. The next day I called Acura and explained the problem. They were more than happy to have me return the vehicle so they could repair it. While they were making repairs I walked across the street to the Toyota dealership and found exactly what I was looking for. I asked Acura if I could cancel the contract so I could purchase the other vehicle and they were very cooperative in doing so.

Purchased new in 2019 touring model- have 76K on it - no issues so far. Changed brakes all around - plugs - one drain and fill on the tranny and changed the fluid in the transfer cases. Changed the oil every 6k. Info screen is dated but once you get used to it - its fine. Touring has the 17 inch wheels which gives it a good ride quality. Good buy!

We bought our Mazda new after getting lemon law money back from a Ford Fiesta Fiasco. We love our Mazda and have had zero issues with it. At 107K miles now and runs great. We've only ever had to do normal maintenance on it and she still runs and looks great.

I love my 2018 Mazda CX-5 to absolutely no end! I have a blast driving it, and it is my first car. I have the Touring FWD model, but it does NOT skimp out on features, it has blind spot monitoring, lane keep assist, back-up camera, Automatic Emergency Braking, airbags EVERYWHERE, and whole plethora of other safety features. It is very quick, reliable, and fun to drive. My only complaint is there is not much in the way of cabin storage. But it is not a deal breaker, since the trunk of the car has a large cargo area, and lots of room in the spare tire area. It has an amazing Bose speaker system and I was given this car for my birth day at about 30k miles, but it was purchased new. I have FWD (Front wheel drive) but it still does amazing in conditions like rain, and minor snow. It is also the only car from this segment that placed a good rating on the IIHS Crash Test. It is often on par with luxury brands like BMW and Mercedes but having the advantage of being half the cost and Japanese so it lasts forever and also since it's not German, the repairs won't cost a house mortgage. However, if you get a 2018, make sure you get an updated Navigation SD Card. I cannot recommend this car enough, it is perfect in nearly everyway. I am now a loyal Mazda customer, and will always have a Mazda in my garage, I trust them more than any other automaker. Perks: Large backseat (I am 6'1 and can for the most part fit comfortably in the back) Fun to drive Fuel efficient Safety Feature galore Reliable and cheap to maintain Excellent use of space Cons: If I had to choose, not as much cabin storage as I want, but I want more than the average person.

Such a joy to drive. You can’t go wrong with a Mazda. While the CX-5 is on the smaller side, it fits our needs and is so fun to drive. It looks sharp from the outside and has a lot of comfort on the inside. Technology options are good and it has a solid warranty but you won’t need it as Mazda is one of the most reliable brands on the road.

M&S Auto is a fantastic place to pick up a used vehicle. This post might get a bit long, so be warned about that. I had already been to 4 other local dealerships, Mostly the big brands. Honda x2, Toyota, and Volvo. I had almost an entire small notebook worth of notes on every car I had seen so far, but I was getting really tired of the whole process and I was ready to just call the whole vehicle search off. I stumbled on the M&S website at 7am, found a really nice Honda at a really nice price. I called them around 9:45am and told them I was coming to check out the car. I showed up 15 minutes later and they had already pulled the car out front, ready to go for review and a test drive. Brian was my sales guy, and let me tell you, this guy knows how to make the entire process completely stress free. I don't know whether it was because I showed up with a notebook, or because he just read me correctly or what, but he let the car do all of the talking, he answered every question I could possibly ask, and was up front about the entire process when I inquired about a trade in. At no point in the entire process did I ever feel any pressure, any manipulation, or any rapid fire double speak questions trying to get a feel for my budget. He was not pushing a sale onto me, we were working it out together. I can not emphasize enough how different that experience was to the other places I had been to. I had already completely walked away from 1 sale after the financing negotiations got hostile, so to have this level of meeting me on the same level, treating me like an equal really stood out to me. Brian was both my sales guy AND the guy that ran through my financing with me. This was also a big plus because I did not feel like I was being handed off to some finance sleezeball, instead Brian and I had already developed a certain amount of rapport and trust through the inspection and test drive process. The final thing I want to mention : I was standing out front for a long time during this whole process, and what I saw was that this dealership is a good place for people whom English might not be there first language. They had representatives for Spanish speaking customers and I believe one of the sales people I met was Slavic, so I bet they could accommodate almost anyone. 9/10 Buying Experience Would highly recommend to those looking for a used vehicle at a fair price.

I love it! Bought it new in 2020. Grand Touring Reserve with the turbo in Soul Crystal red metallic. I'm currently at 56k miles with zero issues. I do oil changes every 5k miles. Originally I test drove a CRV, RAV4, Forrester, and CX5. I picked the Mazda bc it looks, feels, and drives like a luxury SUV. 320 |b/ft of torque for a compact really gives it the edge over anything else in the class. Four years later and it still feels as solid as the day I bought it. The handling's amazing, and the ride is great! Some people have called the ride firm but I would say it's super compliant. It settles very quickly over bumps without feeling upset. The Bose system sounds "good" but only has bass and treble adjustments with no mid which would make it even better. The ventilated seats work better than in other cars I tested as well. It's also one of the quietest too letting in very little wind and tire noise.

I was able to drive some card and liked them but they didn't have exactly what I wanted. The salesperson is still looking for me though and stays in in contact. I like that

Fuel injector service made the car accelerate/ respond way better. 35,000 miles onward definitely felt a difference after the service. Feels like a brand new car again. Brakes could be better but overall great timeless vehicle.
