I recently purchased a 2024 Honda HRV at Holman Honda. I was reluctant to visit a dealership but was impressed with the dealership and my salesman Delmar Fralick. Delmar was an excellent communicator and very professional . My experience at Holman Honda was beyond expectations.

Keeping it short and to the point… Negatives: Front wiper leaves large area on passenger side untouched. Panoramic moon roof only opens to halfway on the front section of roof. No audible alert for rear camera No remote start option on key fob - only on Mazda app. Engine heat is felt down between steering column and peddles - will check with dealership during first service as this seems more than expected. Apart from what is mentioned above, this car is great to drive and I’m happy with everything else so far at 1600 miles

I was upset my ac was notworking and its been extremely hot Im almost 80 and its been hard for me - when Granados knew it was going to take more time he let me have a rental car and ensured the repairs would be as reasonable and as timely as possible - I also had family coming from out of state so was even more stressed

seemed like a lot of money to breakdown a tire already off the vehicle and replace valve stem, didn't even have to re -balance also, the $14.85 shop fee to then discard the valve stem (the size of a tootsie roll) seems like salt in the wound

My wife and I were very impressed with his thorough knowledge of his line of work and how he went about explaining every step during the process. The service was top-notch. I had a broken mirror and worked with Greg Mudd, who found me a great deal on a mirror, painted it, and installed it, saving me about $350. He was incredibly kind and responsive. It was a great repair experience when I had been anticipating a stressful one.
