Con”sway”la is a tiny thing but don’t let her size fool ya! During my 50+ years of buying either (Chrysler) luxury or sporty vehicles, I have never had a rep who knew more about every single aspect of each vehicle. She is a walking service manual! AND “Sway” actually listens to and cares about her clients. She’s honest and has an incredible personality! Ask for her!!!

I got there they checked my car in the truck it away. We discussed what I needed to have done and told them to do whatever they needed to do to fix it and hour and 10 minutes later it was all set to go. I was impressed with the video That they sent me explaining what they did. I thought that was pretty interesting.

I was very impressed with the quick response I received from both Jeff Meadows and Matt Borsecnik when I had inquired about the CX-5 SUV. I was looking for a used car and had been to other dealers, who had denied me. But since I had bought a used car from Mitsubishi a long time ago, I figured I would try them too. Though, I thought for sure they would turn me down too. To my surprise not only did they Not Turn Me Down but they got me approved for a new car. Not only that but the monthly payments were almost what I had been paying a month for my used car. I decided then and there that I wouldn't go any place else for a new or used car. I have never been sorry.

How refreshing! The Mazda team put my son and me first. We negotiated a fair price by phone and e-mail. When we arrived at the dealership, the exact car we agreed upon was waiting for us (sparkling clean and ready to drive off the lot). The facilities are nice, clean and comfortable with plenty of room. However, I found the TV very, very annoying and made the wait much less pleasant than if the TV was not on.
