When I first saw that this dealer had five star reviews, I was pretty suspicious, but after my buying experience, I understand why. Kieley, in sales was super helpful and pleasant to work with. If you go here to look at a car, ask for her. I was buying a used vehicle that need some brake work before it could be sold. When the brake light came on shortly after I picked it up, they took it back in and fixed the problem, no questions asked. Chase and Michael in service were both extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. Overall, I highly recommend this dealer.

Amazing vehicle so far (less than 1k miles). Splash guards not being standard hands one star off. Car gets dirty as soon as it's washed without them.

I was extremely pleased with the prompt service I received when I brought in my Mazda Miata MX-5 for its routine annual oil change and tire rotation. The same visit also allowed the SAS module to be reprogrammed. This procedure was performed in order to ensure that the front seat airbag would deploy properly. It was done free of charge as the result of a manufacturer's recall. The service advisor, Bobby Reynolds, said the work would be completed in about two hours. In an hour and a half, my car was returned to me, washed and ready to drive!

Had a great experiance with purchasing a Mazda CX-5. Payton, Brandon and James were awesome. Felt no pressure during the entire process. They were all very helpful and answered any question I had. She helped us with our new 2025 Mazda CX5 and just love the Platinum Quartz Metallic color. So much richer and elegant than the white that I originally wanted. So this was a return visit and again the service was excellent. I liked that they took the time right out of the gate to find out what was important to me as a buyer. I also liked that their prices are upfront and competitive they really stand out against local competition. I didn't know the would be able to impress me even more the second time. Everymember of the sales staff was great from the receptionist Josie to to Carter and Schuyler and the detailers. I was so surprised to see how they listened to my 8 year olds input and keen observations and did right by both of us again. I like that this dealer came recommended by a friend and that I feel that they honor that in the way they go above and beyond to treat their customers as friends.

Miss Chantilli Cruz was wonderful. She was welcoming at the first few seconds in walk in, like a ball of joy! She is sympathetic and I believe she truly enjoys her job.

They got back to me very quickly when I inquired about a Buick Enclave that they had. They were willing to send pictures and answer any questions I may have. My one downside was after the initial conversation, they never got back with me or asked to set up a test drive.

I have purchased two vehicles from Morong over the years (a VW and more recently a Porsche), and can't say enough about how great it is to work with this dealership. In particular, David Menapace (Sales Manager) is just top notch. He's available, understanding and patient. Takes time to answer questions, and is honest and forthcoming. AMAZING SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I start off with those three words so even if you don't read this whole review you get the point. We were traveling through Augusta GA after evacuating from hurricane Ida that had just devastated the New Orleans area. All warning lights popped up on the dash of my 2016 VW Jetta SEL and the vehicle went in to limp mode. Zero power over 35mph. On top of the destruction of hurricane Ida back home in New Orleans now I have a car that just basically gave up on me. The already pit in my stomach became even larger and only the worst case scenarios were going through my head now. A Google search leads me to the amazing team at Gerald Jones Volkswagen and the magic begins. Expecting at least a two or three day hotel stay in Augusta my service advisor Charles Davis takes me in to his service drive and assures me that everything will be alright and immediately puts one of his top techs named Mr. Chris on the case. Turns out it was as simple as a wheel speed sensor that the parts specialist Candace Betsch had sitting on the shelf in the parts department. While waiting on my vehicle to be repaired and strolling through the new car showroom I was greeted by the nicest young lady by the name of Vickie McPhee who introduced herself as the General Manager and was just as sweet as could be making sure that I was doing okay with a true concern about our safety during this hurricane evacuation. She even went as far as to introduce me to one of the owners Mr. David Jones and we had a great conversation as well. Next thing I know my service advisor Charles was standing next to me telling me that the speed sensor had already been replaced and my vehicle after being washed and run through quality control was ready to go. This my friends is one heck of a car dealership that has employed a team of people that truly care about their customers no matter where they are from or what dealership the vehicle was purchased. Keep up the good work and "job well done!"
