as most midsize SUV's it is not comfortable for long trips. it is somewhat tight inside. Good gas milage. There are tons of electronics. we are older, not real tech savy. we had to go back for a second training session, since the first person did not do a very good job.

My rating applies solely to the retail side of their business (used cars). I have not experienced their services yet. Pros: expeditious online inquiry follow-up, great customer service, informative staff. Cons: sales floor layout needs revamping, some new car sales guys could brush up on customer intake. First off, I am THE last person I would have expected to be writing a review of an Acura dealership, much less owning one. Honestly, Honda does a very poor job of linking itself to its luxury brand (Acura) - especially compared to Toyota and its Lexus brand. After already having decided to purchase a Lexus RX, I decided to contact them on a whim due to the local dealers not having the darker interior I wanted readily in stock. I found a solid match in their online inventry (MDX with tech pkg) and submitted an inquiry. Within hours I received a response and set up a time to test drive. My salesperson was very knowledgeable, polite, and bent over backwards to address all issues/inquiries I had related to purchasing - including coming in to meet with me on his day off! After having endured weeks of tiring back and forth with others dealers who failed to simplify my process by being upfront re: pricing, availability, and specs. Granted the new car sales on the floor could use some brushing up on customer intake (it's clear that used car customers are not their priority), I completed my car buying experience with renewed excitement thanks to Rosenthal Acura's simple, streamlined, customer-focused process. Harpreet and his colleagues are amazing - no aggravating time-wasters there!

The additional 6” in width makes the CX-50 do much more spacious than my two previously owned CX-5s. Cornering is much more stable. The turbo 4cylinder engine has the get up and go necessary for highway merges or passing left lane, driving to grandma’s house on Sunday Afternoon hogs! After owning my vehicle for just two weeks, there are only three negatives to date: 1. Poor explanations/directions in owner’s manual. 2. Poor gas mileage both HWY/City 3. No Manual Transmission option.

We unfortunately had two old Mazdas which were purchased from Gaithersburg Mazda that died. They tried their best in the service department (which by the way is also a 5-star department) to repair them but the writing was on the wall. We needed two new cars. Maynor Guzman was just the most caring and knowledgeable salesperson we met since being an ongoing customer there. No matter how much time we needed to make a decision or asked to test drive more than one vehicle, he was very accommodating and then some. And his service didn't stop there. Gave us his card should we have any questions on how some of the technology works. I cannot say enough good things about him and the entire staff.

Amazing vehicle so far (less than 1k miles). Splash guards not being standard hands one star off. Car gets dirty as soon as it's washed without them.

Todd Patton is the best sales rep ever he went out of his way above and beyond to pull strings to get me the car I wanted before it was supposed to be released

Ryan was extremely helpful during our recent visit while our CX-5 was getting maintenance checks. Appreciated all his efforts as I had my children with me.

Deborah is super friendly and patient. She understood our needs and explained us everything in detail. She also worked with her supervisor Tori to make sure our needs are met. The experience was personal and we are happy with that.

The service here was quick and easy! I even got a loaner car for the Ceramic Coating that I purchased with my car! I can’t recommend this place enough!

I want to preface this by saying I did not end up actually purchasing a car just yet but did want to come on here and say the sales staff I worked with (Daniel the Salesman and John the Sales Manager) were incredible to work with. Very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Told them at the beginning I wasnt looking to buy that day and never once did I feel pressured. Got all the information I asked for in a timely manner, was able to answer every question I had immediately. If I do end up going with a Mazda they have definitely earned my business.

I went to Test Drive a CX90 PHEV and worked with Carlos. Carlos was exceptionally knowledgeable on the vehicle and the test drive route he directed me through really highlighted the vehicles performance and handling. The dealership was very modern feeling and had a very large variety of colors and packages available. 11/10 recommend Carlos and Chantilly Mazda

I like the fact that I can get a loaner car when my car has too much work to finish in a day. I like the fact that now we can see a video of the problem before the work is done. I have not had any problems with the car breaking down and I think that is because the mechanics are conscientious in looking out for future problems.

Yesterday we we puchased a car from Gaithersburg mazda. It was a stress free, rewarding experience. The sales consultant Sri was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We will be returning to Gaithersburg mazda for future car purchases.

I arrived at the dealership looking at the vehicles on the lot when I was approached by Adrian!! his customer service is so awesome and he is very detailed in explaining and addressing your questions! so I was looking to buy a Nissan rouge when he pointed out the Mazda Cx5, went on a test drive and fell in love with this SUV! I purchased it in September 2022 and it was more than I imagined, the drive is very smooth. The staff at Passport really know how to treat and assist their customers, I was so pleased with the customer service I got from my salesman Adrian as well as my finance manager Carlos. I appreciate all the staff at this dealership they made my experience very pleasant and I will definitely recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a Mazda to take your business to them!! I had to take my vehicle to the service department and Jessica takes good care of your needs and very detailed in explaining your vehicle issues. My goodness, this was the quickest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I was in and out of the dealer in about two hours including test drive. I worked with Todd in Sales and Amin the Sales Manager. Todd was super professional and never pressured me. When I arrived, the car was out front and I was test driving it within minutes. Todd was extremely friendly and low key and went through the features of the Mazda 6 while patiently answering all of my questions. The experience felt more like I was chatting about a car with a fellow enthusiast, rather than a sales person. Of course, I decided to buy the car and that's when Amin worked quickly and professionally to establish all of the paper work. He is also an extremely kind person and I enjoyed interacting with him greatly. I just could not believe I had found the exact car I was looking for, and was able to complete the purchase with zero hassles. Granted, I came in prepared, which I recommend to anyone ready to purchase. Here's the best part, this particular dealer has an agreement with the MVA and can produce a registration and permanent plates on the spot! That's right, I already have my registration and it means I do not have to drive around with temporary tags. I have never seen this before and it was just the icing on the cake. So thanks Todd and Amin for going above and beyond. One week in, and I am loving the car like crazy
