Amazing vehicle so far (less than 1k miles). Splash guards not being standard hands one star off. Car gets dirty as soon as it's washed without them.

We went in on Saturday 8/26/23 to look at a used vehicle. Jakelin greeted us upon entering the sales office and quickly provided us with her assistance. Once we informed Jakelin which vehicle we were interested in she provided us with the pertinent background of the vehicle. She then brought the car to us and accompanied us on a test drive. We ultimately purchased the vehicle. Jakelin then sat in the vehicle and reviewed all the vehicle’s features with us. After finding a 2013 Mini on Cars.com, I messaged the dealer. They responded quickly. I booked an appointment and met with Tracy. She treated me well, and over the next 2 weeks I decided to buy the car. Though this is a Mazda dealership, they knew the car well. Even better, they told me how I could make my payments to reduce the interest I would pay on the vehicle. This was a real bonus, saving me thousands of dollars during the life of the loan. The day after I drove it home, it broke down. It would not start. I took it back to the dealer and they fixed it straight away. They did not even ask me to do any paperwork. It was a relay that happened to malfunction, and their guy that "talked Mini" fixed it.

I've bought many cars at different dealerships throught the years but this place this is the best! Jacobi the salesman, was amazing! Never pressured me into anything and him and my husband had a great time just talking cars. Henry test drove my trade in and actually used the turbo it was alot of fun! Chandler handled the finance with finesse and gave me the best deal and APR of just 2.5% (or close idr I know it was next to nothing lol) they also gave me a great deal on my trade. P.s hope his wife is still doing well their expecting a baby boy soon! And literally anyone's name that starts with a J there is awesome. I wrote down their names but lost the paper lol They even got my car ready and all accessories put on the day (shout out to the awesome guys that made it happen, usually i have to wait months anywhere else and the other place couldnt even get me a rental car for work!)they arrived so I could leave to drive to Texas (got a call my grandpa had died and need to drive there immediately). These guys make you feel like family, don't take advantage, and really take great care of you. If you where wondering I love my new 2022 CX30 and she handled great on that 13 1/2 hour drive to Texas and back. My husband and I are now customers for life.

The employees at Mazda we’re very polite. We went in around 6 pm with no one else in the dealership. My first impression was, they are going to swarm us. To my surprise, they were very professional and gave us our space with no pressure and answered any questions we had.

The facilities are nice, clean and comfortable with plenty of room. However, I found the TV very, very annoying and made the wait much less pleasant than if the TV was not on.

Family owned business and they make you feel part of the family when buying. Staff seems very well trained and the owner himself came by to introduce himself. Highly recommend for your next Mazda or used vehicle they offer!
