The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, making my daughter and I confident in buying her first new ride and joining the Mazda family. I have always bought Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, and Nissan vehicles. I never even bought a Mazda until we stopped by Whitten Bros. Mazda by chance. After talking to the Sales team, I realized it was an easy decision. The vehicle ratings for performance, safety, and liability were outstanding. The staff explained the facts about the vehicle, and the price was better than the competition. My daughter is thrilled with the Mazda3, and I have peace of mind that she is in a safe and reliable vehicle. as most midsize SUV's it is not comfortable for long trips. it is somewhat tight inside. Good gas milage. There are tons of electronics. we are older, not real tech savy. we had to go back for a second training session, since the first person did not do a very good job.

Got the deal I wanted on a 2025 Mazda CX50 along with no pressure to buy add on at the time of signing the paper work. They also gave me a starting price before stepping into the dealership, where other try to make you test drive before giving you any starting point price..

Amazing vehicle so far (less than 1k miles). Splash guards not being standard hands one star off. Car gets dirty as soon as it's washed without them.

My only complaint from an otherwise decent experience is the trade in part of the equation. Given the vast amount of information available on the internet the idea of the dealership trying to super low ball me on my car turns the negotiation into an adversarial affair. It starts the process by them attempting to screw me. Why do that. On the up side the staff was very friendly and my sales guy, Jim Guenther was very good.
