Amazing vehicle so far (less than 1k miles). Splash guards not being standard hands one star off. Car gets dirty as soon as it's washed without them.

I've only had warranty and recall work done here on a few different Toyotas, as I do most of my own service work. I actually go out of my way by 30 minutes or more to come to Toyota if Murfreesboro because they do quality work, the people are polite and respectful, the facilities are very clean and modern, and the waiting room is really nice with free coffee, water, and an actual attended snack bar, and most of all I've experienced no typical new car dealer shenanigans here. I literally live 10 minutes away from Beaman Toyota in Nashville. That should say a mouth full!! I bought my first new Toyota pickup from them in 1983 and have had many through the years, and most all of my interactions with Beaman have been pretty negative/frustrating, which drove me to find another dealer for my warranty and service needs. Very glad I discovered Toyota of Murfreesboro! Marie was my service advisor on my recent visit and she did a great job!
