In the past 25 years we have purchased or leased 6 vehicles. This was our first time with Lester Glenn. This definitely was our best experience. This week we leased a Mazda CX-5. Our salesman, Mike Leone, couldn't have been more professional and helpful. There was no high pressure selling. In previous purchases we went from meeting a salesman to a sales manager and finally a pressured meeting with the finance manager. The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.

My sister and I just purchased a vehicle at Lester Glenn Mazda. Our sales rep Andrew Pereira was very pleasant and informative. He explained everything in great detail and promptly answered all of our questions. Afterwards we met with Roy Dipietro who went over the financial info with us because the finance manager was off today. He was not only informative and was able to put us at ease.
