Awesome gas mileage! Can get 41mpg easily. I chose this over a rav4. I just didn't want to have the same SUV as every other one on the Rd. I love the looks of this vehicle. Interior is way nicer than any rav4 you can buy. I will say that one negative was that I had to replace the front brakes at 10k miles. And it is not my driving! I owned a Honda Accord hybrid previously and the brakes had over 100k on them when I traded it in. I drive this the same way I drove that car and on the same commute. I did hear there was a tsb for the brakes. Rather than make an appt, destroy my rotors waiting to get in, and listen to that awful squealing for another 2 weeks. I just changed the brakes myself. The parts were very inexpensive. The only other annoying thing was that I couldn't get heated steering wheel the top of the line model hybrid... seriously mazda?

My wife and I needed a second car because getting around the island with our daughter in our single vehicle was becoming a pain. My spouse asked me to get a new vehicle in mid-November 2024. I had been reading reviews of the new 2025 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid. We had been sharing a 2018 Honda CR-V EX-L that we bought new in December of 2017. I had been planning on getting a replacement vehicle in December of 2025 but my spouse recommended that we get one before the end of 2024 because of the upcoming tariffs. I had been in a quandary about which vehicle to get. As soon as I heard about Mazda getting the Toyota hybrid system in the CX-50 I became interested. I went to drive a CX-50 and found that the dealerships didn't yet have the hybrid model. I drove a turbo version and was surprised that it wasn't that responsive. I also found that the ride was too harsh. Within a week I went back and test drove a hybrid. I found the performance to be good and the ride quality to be much better than the turbo. I was impressed with the amount of equipment included in the Premium Plus version: panoramic moon roof, red real leather seats, heads up display, Bose stereo, power folding mirrors. We purchased one for thousands less than a Toyota RAV4 or Honda CR-V Hybrid. I'm very impressed with the handling and ride. So far we've had no problems at all and we currently have an indicated 41mpg.

I was looking for a used car and had been to other dealers, who had denied me. But since I had bought a used car from Mitsubishi a long time ago, I figured I would try them too. Though, I thought for sure they would turn me down too. To my surprise not only did they Not Turn Me Down but they got me approved for a new car. Not only that but the monthly payments were almost what I had been paying a month for my used car. I decided then and there that I wouldn't go any place else for a new or used car. I have never been sorry.

Purchased a CPO Mazda3 from Cochran Mazda and had a very good experience with them. I had never purchased a car before but went to a few other dealers and Cochran made me feel like a priority, not just some random person looking at one of their vehicles. Well run dealership. I've always been treated well, including service, which is where I take my car for regular oil changes and the rare occasional repair. I've owned the car since 2015. I don't go anywhere else, even though it is slightly out of my way.

My wife and I recently purchased a new car from McDonald Mazda in Lakewood. I’ve purchased 7 cars in my lifetime from dealerships, and this was by far the easiest and most satisfying car purchase I’ve ever made. Customer service was EXCELLENT, and even the finance manager (Johnny) was super easy to work with and not pushy at all. I was so surprised at how open and transparent everyone was with buying a car. AND it didn’t take countless hours to make the purchase. Yaay!! Our salesperson was named Santiago, and he was extremely helpful in answering our questions, and showing us all the details about the car we ended up buying. I was expecting some type of dealer fine print to pull the rug from under us, or some excuse about why the price was going to be higher, but everything was clear and accurate (I like to research cars before I even go to a dealership to look at them). We got way more than I expected for our trade-in, we were able to take advantage of Mazda’s financing deal AND special discounts, and Santiago even took our photo with the new car once we were done (and put it in a frame for us). Seriously?! I’ve NEVER had a dealer/salesperson come anywhere close to this level of customer service. 10-stars for McDonald Mazda, Santiago, and Johnny. You know they made a lasting impression because we still remember their names a month after buying our car! :-)

The facilities are nice, clean and comfortable with plenty of room. However, I found the TV very, very annoying and made the wait much less pleasant than if the TV was not on.

Stephen at Stevens Creek Mazda was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and the best thing of all… not pushy! He was an absolute joy, and was comfortable to take a test drive with. He answered all of my questions patiently and he worked with me to make the financial end work for my needs. In addition, Ricky in Finance made the process of dealing with the contract simple and easy. I’m super grateful for the whole experience and would absolutely recommend Stevens Creek Mazda and Stephen in particular to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car!

Very nice low key guys, though we wasted about 30 minutes initially waiting on some paperwork which could have been spent familiarizing me with the vehicle I had previously picked out and came in to buy and take home. No biggie, team at Douglass seems very earnest and sincere Maybe a sign of the hard times but after purchasing the loaded CX5 Signature and dropping $32.4K with no haggling I would have expected a sunscreen or mug....shoulda kept the pen...
