As a regular customer at the service department I always ask for the consistently courteous and flawless management of my vehicle requests by Oscar Galatia. Under Oscar’s guidance from his earliest work with Autobarn Mazda of Evanston to date, I never have had to return to him with a complaint that the work had been done poorly, with mistakes made, or required work not having been done at all. Yes, good work by mechanics have made that possible, but only under the tight, intelligent, direction and inspection of Galatia. He also has a pleasing and satisfying way of dealing with all of his customers whom I have observed close up when I have regularly waited with other customers to have their vehicles worked on and returned. When I arrived to the dealer, I was greeted with a smile. Then the service rep came out, asked me for my keys and asked me to go to the waiting area. I came in at just before 10:30 AM and was out of there by 11:15 AM. Great service.

Everything went super smoothly, didn’t mark up the car and make us feel like we needed to buy the car. We felt comfortable and would definitely recommend. The fact that they weren’t pushy and respected us was great! Especially for first time new car buyers.
