I had a very nice experience. Service department was very friendly, courteous, quick, and efficient! Everything was done in a timely manner and the service advisor Xavier was very helpful and friendly!

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

I knew the exact car I wanted and I found it on-line at Denton Mazda. I got a text from Josue Villasenor asking if I?d like to come in for a test drive. He sent me a video of the car and assured me that it had all the features I wanted. So I drove the 3 & 1/2 hours to Denton, Texas and bought the car. I purchased a used BMW , I was impressed with my sales associate and with his knowledge of the car. The drivers mirror was missing and I was informed it had been ordered and will be replaced, when I brought it back for replacement , I was in and out in no time.
