I had a particular challenge where my vehicle order ran into extensive issues (beyond Lincoln's control) and the exemplary service that Lincoln provided went above and beyond my customer service expectations. My issues tested every level of customer service, from Dealer to Mechanic Service, to Corporate, and everyone in each department rose to the challenge. I do not have enough good things to say about working with Ivan to get our dream car. He was exceedingly knowledgeable about our CX-50 and spent a solid 30 minutes or more walking us through the features and making sure the car was comfortable for me to drive off in. I took my XC60 Recharge in for it annual maintenance and explained I was having trouble with the heater in the pure drive mode. Just said he knew what the problem was and would take a look. the 2022 car was still under warranty and they were able to replace the parts and fix the problem as well as do the annual maintenance. This is the third time I've had the car into their service shop and I've always been quite satisfied. They have a very nice waiting room, so bring you phone and/or computer. Geoff Durango Colorado

The vehicle was beautiful when they pulled it up. It was just what we were looking for. Unfortunately, opening the doors exposed a strange smell which had not been taken care of. Smelled like some vape flavors. Eric also smelled it. Wife is highly allergic to this so we had to pass. We have been looking for some time and hoped this was the one.

Visited Heritage Mazda Bel Air when shopping for a new vehicle; we were in the market for a SUV with 3rd row and had it narrowed down to a Mazda and Hyundai. The staff at Mazda were great and we so appreciated they didn’t try a hard sale. As a Mazda owner already we knew the value of the product but it was refreshing to deal with salespeople who wasn’t just after the sale but wanted to make sure we were happy with our decision. We ended up with the Hyundai but would recommend Mazda Belair to everyone!
