My first service experience at the new BM facilities in Pittsfield. Very nice. Check-in is basically drive-in which makes it very convenient. Service reps were friendly and helpful, I received an informative video on my phone during the procedure, and service was completed promptly. I was soon on my way home. I’ll be back for the next service to my Mazda.

The two just simply cannot be compared. Following damages done to my vehicle by a separate dealership, Liberty took me back under their wing and “righted all the wrongs” that were not their own. They are always understanding, kind and flexible. Their actions and work alone have kept me as a customer with the Mazda corporation as a whole.
