The employees at Mazda we’re very polite. We went in around 6 pm with no one else in the dealership. My first impression was, they are going to swarm us. To my surprise, they were very professional and gave us our space with no pressure and answered any questions we had.

Steve Gwinn who worked with us was fantastic. Knowledgeable and took time to explain new features and highlight the specific advantages of the different vehicles we looked at.

Abel, Matt, and the manager, Dan, made my buying experience today amazing. I was nervous as I was selling the car of my recently deceased husband, and they each and all were so supportive, compassionate, and patient with me as they gently walked me through what was a painless process from start to finish. Abel Gallager was the salesperson who assisted me with my car purchase. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. He made everything from the test drive to the signing of the paperwork smooth and uncomplicated. He seems like a genuinely good guy who cares about his customers, and I really appreciated that. Had the pleasure of having Bill Edwards as my sales consultant and I could not have been happier. I had no intention of buying a vehicle I strictly wanted to get some info and maybe take a test drive. Bill was phenomenal in his knowledge of every aspect of the Mazda SUV's. He told us all about the exterior, engine, interior, the Whitten guarantee and what makes Mazda more satisfactory than other brands. He offered the ability to test drive but was in no way pushy and you can tell his agenda is to educate the buyer as opposed to the annoying sell sell sell mentality. I really appreciated this and would advise anyone to ask for Bill.

I was looking for a used car and had been to other dealers, who had denied me. But since I had bought a used car from Mitsubishi a long time ago, I figured I would try them too. Though, I thought for sure they would turn me down too. To my surprise not only did they Not Turn Me Down but they got me approved for a new car. Not only that but the monthly payments were almost what I had been paying a month for my used car. I decided then and there that I wouldn't go any place else for a new or used car. I have never been sorry.

went by sky mazda and wasn't even looking for a new car. i saw the mazda6, beautiful car. next thing i know i own one. the staff is very friendly and helpless. no pressure at all. they were very informatitive in telling me the details of my new car. everyone should go visit sky mazda. these guys are good, hard working, honest guys and don't screw you over, just to make a sale.

Craig W was great to work with. Gave me top dollar for my trade and told him what I was looking for got my options right away with estimated payments. Wasn’t feeling very good let him know that up front so he made sure all the paperwork was completed before I got there to further speed up the process. Finance was great as well. We were a few dollars off the estimated price and were more than willing to work with me on getting what I wanted into the loan while hitting the original payment. Great guys!!

Overall great experience and was let very time consuming. Worked with us on the trade with factory warranty issues. Will recommend to friends and family.
