Even got it delivered to the dealership from out of town. Hands down best experience I’ve had buying a car! Highly recommend this dealership.

The salespeople were so very patient with me. They listened to my wants and needs, and never tried to up sell me on something that was out of my range. They all were so very patient with me. I tried to get a vehicle a few months back and it didn?t work out. I came back and they treated me with kindness and respect. I appreciate everyone from the salesman to the manager, to the finance guy for all of their help. Oh, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new 2025 GMC SIERRA!!

I want to also add to my review that if it wasn't for David Briggs telling me place a $500 hold on my car of interest - the 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Sport, it probably would have been sold before I made the decision purchase. I cannot thank him enough for that because this was my first experience in 15 years purchasing a car.

If you're thinking of getting a Mazda from this dealership, just do it. They have been nothing but professional to me while we were negotiating over email. Joel (sales) and Jerod (sales manager) went above and beyond to earn my business. Even though I didn't end up buying a car from them (100% my fault, not theirs) I would absolutely consider them in the future. If you decide to get your vehicle here, you won't be disappointed.

John Gillespie was great to work with. No pressure at all. Gave me a fair price on my trade in. He was very helpful. The buying process was easy. Justen work with us, got all paper work together for us to sign very quickly. Everyone we came in contact with were very friendly. Great place to buy a car or truck.

The dealership itself is very nice, the staff is always trying to help you out and make you feel comfortable. This was my first time ever buying a car on my own and both Dusty and Christopher were absolutely amazing. They taught me everything from the process to what I need to look for. I had actually gone to another dealership after talking with them and had the complete opposite experience. Not only did they not pressure me to add on extra costs but they didn’t try to scam me either. If I had to send someone to a dealership to buy a car it would 1000% be them. Even now I still keep in contact and continuously thank them!!!

I had a terrific experience buying a new/used car from Mohamad Rahal recently at Jeff Haas Mazda, 16711 Katy Freeway, Houston TX 77094. I had just been burned by two other dealerships that did not hold the car for me until I got to their dealerships to negotiate a purchase of the car I wanted to buy - the 1st dealership I called I said I would be there in +/- 3 hours and the 2nd dealership I called I said I will be there in +/- 20 minutes. When I arrived at both dealerships they both told me they have "bad news and good news". The bad news is they just sold the car I asked them to hold me and the good news is they can sell me another car - at both of these dealerships they were young inexperienced salesman. Mohomad is an experienced professional and has been in the car industry for decades and does business "the old fashioned way". Mohamed held the car for me I wanted to buy until I got all my financing in order to pay cash for the car. Mohamed clearly explained each line item on the "Vehicle Buyer's Order" and also the additional lifetime engine warranty I purchased. I had an excellent buying experience with Michael Flaifel at Morrie's Mazda in Minnetonka. I bought a 2017 Certified Pre-Owned CX-5 through Michael who goes by Mikey. He made the experience easy. I had researched the vehicle I wanted and Mikey who is a former mechanic, gave me confidence that he had the knowledge to answer my questions. My Cadillac had started make an odd sound. Koby told me they would need it for a couple of days. He kept me updated on what was found the cost of fixing it (if I wanted to). He was a great person to deal with.

Sohail made everything easy! At the end of the day, we had a great shopping experience and got a beautiful car at a fair price. Sohail had some minor dents repaired even drove the car out to us at 8:30 at night!!!
