Brought out 4runner in for an oil change. This was our first visit. Bryan Womack, Service Advisor, greeted me like I've been a customer all along; making me feel very welcome to be there. I came late in the day & scheduled an appt for 0700 the next morning. When I arrived, was able to pull right in @ 0700. Bryan was quick to check me in and explain details. I decided to not wait & go home for a cup of java. Approx 1 hr later, Bryan called & said it was ready. Sebastian w/ service inspected 4runner along with a video. There was only 1 thing up & coming which needed attn in the near future. Oil change completed, great service, friendly and explained everything. We will be back. Thank you for making bringing in my vehicle painless. Thank you for explaining everything from beginning to end. You guys are awesome! Would recommend!

"Kenny Froisy went above and beyond our expectations." The customer experience was worth the drive to this dealership (DeMontrond Mazda on Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX) after talking to Kenny on the phone we explain in detail what car we were interested in (2023 Mazda Miata MX-5 RF). What features: fuel economy, power retractable hardtop roof, Carplay, heated seats, rain sensing windshield wipers, and color (Platinum Quartz Metallic exterior with Terracotta Nappa Leather Interior). Kenny was very professional and listened to our needs and didn't force his opinions or what car we should get. He was transparent telling us they didn't have a hardtop that specific color on the lot, but one was in transit to the dealership, and we could stop by and view the features and the color on the ones that they did have. We decided to drive to Demontrond Mazda at Webster, TX. When we arrived, Kenny had several cars lined up for us to test drive. No hassle or run around. Kenny took the time to go over the features and over the timeline of the arrival of color we wanted. Kenny sat down with us and had great customer communication and price transparency. He also kept us informed all the way about the timing of our car’s arriving. When the car arrived, he called us and said your car has arrived and is ready to go home. We highly recommend Kenny Froisy, he is very trustworthy, transparent, and professional.

I wasn?t planning on trading until Fall, but I took my CX 5 in for service and was just looking at the new cars. Chris Baggley offered to answer any questions I might have. I told him I was only looking and he said he would still be happy to answer questions. Chris was very helpful and I took a test drive and loved the new CX 5 and traded my CX 16. J. R. Was also very helpful in explaining the navigation system, radio, cruise control, etc. They both told me to please call them if I had any additional questions about the car. Been buying Toyota vehicles since 1979. This particular 2015 vehicle has given me absolutely no problems other than two items that needed to be replaced after 10 years of service and 140K. I brought the car in the afternoon and they were not able to the repair before closing I was given a no cost rental vehicle without even asking. The last four Toyota?s were purchased from Ira Toyota. For a dealer, they are a classic act.

Fine two hours for 20,000 miles service, comfortable seating in the waiting area. More magazines would be good lol. I think you expect too much in this review section I gave you a high star rating.
