"Kenny Froisy went above and beyond our expectations." The customer experience was worth the drive to this dealership (DeMontrond Mazda on Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX) after talking to Kenny on the phone we explain in detail what car we were interested in (2023 Mazda Miata MX-5 RF). What features: fuel economy, power retractable hardtop roof, Carplay, heated seats, rain sensing windshield wipers, and color (Platinum Quartz Metallic exterior with Terracotta Nappa Leather Interior). Kenny was very professional and listened to our needs and didn't force his opinions or what car we should get. He was transparent telling us they didn't have a hardtop that specific color on the lot, but one was in transit to the dealership, and we could stop by and view the features and the color on the ones that they did have. So this was a return visit and again the service was excellent. I liked that they took the time right out of the gate to find out what was important to me as a buyer. I also liked that their prices are upfront and competitive they really stand out against local competition. I didn't know the would be able to impress me even more the second time. Everymember of the sales staff was great from the receptionist Josie to to Carter and Schuyler and the detailers. I was so surprised to see how they listened to my 8 year olds input and keen observations and did right by both of us again. I like that this dealer came recommended by a friend and that I feel that they honor that in the way they go above and beyond to treat their customers as friends.
