Used Mazda CX-9 for sale near Silver Ridge, NJ

I came across this dealership, Automotive Avenues, by chance and I am so glad that I did! I was looking at different cars on their website, but it honestly looked like it was "too good to be true" price wise for the cars that they were offering. I started the process with Anthony, who is in the online sales. He was so responsive and right to the point. He was communicating with me even on a Sunday when the store was closed! I was still not convinced and I thought there had to be more to it. He was very clear about the "No haggle" policy, which I love, and told me specifically what fees they charge. I decided to drive from Harrisburg, PA (3.5 hour drive) based on all the information that I had. I was looking at FOUR different cars that they had. They were kind enough to offer to hold one of them for me. It is not what they normally do, but they gave me an exception till I got there, since I had a long drive. Once I got there, I was amazed by how busy the place was on a Monday afternoon and how many beautiful cars they actually had on their lots! I was greeted by Charlie Jackson, one of their 22 sales people. He introduced himself, asked me if I was working with anyone. I told him that I've only spoken to the online sales, but I had an appointment for 5:30. He took me inside to check in, asked me if I wanted water or coffee then took me to his desk where we sat and discussed each one of the 4 cars in details including their Carfax and any other information that the dealership had to share with me. He was very patient and knowledgeable! After that, he brought the cars to the front for me to look at and test drive (except for one because I was looking at all electric cars, and the battery was not charged in that one) so we walked to it just so I can see it in person. Once I saw all of them and test drove the 3 that I could, I decided on one ( which was so hard because I wanted to take the 4 of them home). The one that I bought was a 2022 Mercedes EQS 450+. It was like brand new with just over 1100 miles on it! It was the car that I really wanted from the beginning and I ended up getting at the end. After that, we worked out the numbers on my trade, which I was NOT very excited about because it was about $1500 less than what I got from others! I agreed to it and they started to process the transaction. They stayed with me till about 9:30 pm, way after they were supposed to close, just to accommodate me so I would not have to drive again the next day. I must say that I change cars every 6-12 months because I love cars, and (other than the trade) I've NEVER felt as good purchasing as I did this time. Despite this being the final year offered (the CX-90 will replace it soon) the CX-9 is still a looker. The 6 speed transmission shifts smoothly and the 2.5L turbo has plenty of power to move this 4200 pound AWD, SUV. Seats are very comfortable in both first and middle and I keep the third row folded down leaving a good sized cargo area for hauling groceries, 50lb bags of birdseed, softener salt and anything else I need to carry. And I absolutely love the way this thing handles! It feels far more like a nimble car than a 3 row SUV. The 12 speaker Bose sound system is clear and powerful. The cabin is very quiet at all speeds. The ride is firm but solid and comfortable. Not a squeak or rattle. I have the Carbon Edition and I feel it looks as fresh as any new three row mid-sized SUV out there. I traded my 2019 Ram Limited (an incredibly luxurious truck for the Mazda and I was concerned about adapting to a smaller vehicle but the CX-9 is everything I could have hoped for. I would recommend anyone who enjoys driving and has to occasionally carry some bulky stuff to consider one of these before they're gone.

Over all great experience with buying a car. I first contacted them about a car on Cars.com on a Sunday. I received a reply that day and was put in contact with Nick. I spoke with Nick about the car and discussed purchasing it. I was from out of state and when I was able to drive in and see that car I was impressed. The car was in fantastic shape and I ended purchasing the car with Mike’s (I did not realize I was working a different salesman until later as my husband was the first person to great a salesman). Anyway, Mike quickly looked into my online profile and knew exactly which car I was there for. He quickly helped us get the paperwork rolling. I have to admit I’m not used to the car buying process, it felt like it took from ever. But the entire sales team was so helpful, they found me a great for financing, worked to add my car to my insurance policy, got me all fixed up with the proper tags and plates for the state I live in, and cleaned up and gased up my new car for the drive home. I was really impressed. Thank you to Nick, Mike, Haley and the rest of the team.

I get around 26mpg in highways. City it's around 20mpg. Easy to drive around and looks great. Premium interiors. Nice pick up and sports mode boost makes it even more fun to drive! No maintenance issues for my 2022 CX-9 yet.

Brian Harris was fantastic and buying a car from this dealership was a seamless, dare I say - pleasant - experience. Fair price and Brian is just a truly nice man.

We ended up buying our CX-9 once we finished the end of our lease since we have enjoyed the car so much. Currently, our mileage is around 50K miles & we've only had 2 issues so far: check engine light would not go off (emission's issue) and a GPS issue. Our GPS could never locate our car and would show us miles away. The dealer was able to fix both issues. We love the way how solid the car feels on the road and the inside/outside look of the car. Perfect for a family of 4-5 since the 3rd row is tight.

From beginning to end of being with a lease, this place has been the easiest to work with as far as time spent there overall when purchasing/leasing a vehicle. They have also held true to their word for anything that has been discussed over the phone. We originally went there with an old trade in to lease new. They gave us exactly what we were asking for no questions asked and we walked out with a brand new CX-5. When we returned the vehicle, they quoted us back equity within the vehicle over the phone, when arriving cut us a check on the spot, no gimmicks no questions. We were in and out for all transactions with them. Again, have always held true to their word over the phone. The entire staff has been excellent but in particular Brian Harris whom we have had the pleasure of working with throughout our time there. He has always gotten back within reasonable amounts of time and has devoted his time to us even when it involved transactions that we know did not merit any particular large sales bonuses. He is an asset to the Hamilton Mazda family. The sales manager Michel Trifiro has also been wonderful to work with. Any items discussed over the phone have been transposed by him in person. The level of personal touch they give has been proven throughout the last few years with them. Even their service department has been incredible to work with in particular Benito who has proven to be an asset as well! My only regret is that sadly we had to leave them this last month as we needed more space in a vehicle and the CX-9 was not big enough. Although they do also offer a fine selections of Volkswagens as well, my wife and I are not a fan of any of these vehicles. A+ HM for exemplary service, keep up the good work. If any body styles of the Mazdas change for a bigger size you will certainly see us again.

A capable family transporter and a blast to drive. Seats seven but drives like a much smaller Mazda sports car. This is our fourth Mazda and by far our favorite.
