I had a great experience at Toyota, specifically with Bill P. He was able to fix an issue with our account that we were having for several weeks in which 4 other people were not able to fix. On top of that he knew exactly what the vehicle issue was and was spot on with his speculation. Best service provider I have had at Toyota and will be requesting him every time I go in!

I get around 26mpg in highways. City it's around 20mpg. Easy to drive around and looks great. Premium interiors. Nice pick up and sports mode boost makes it even more fun to drive! No maintenance issues for my 2022 CX-9 yet.

Despite this being the final year offered (the CX-90 will replace it soon) the CX-9 is still a looker. The 6 speed transmission shifts smoothly and the 2.5L turbo has plenty of power to move this 4200 pound AWD, SUV. Seats are very comfortable in both first and middle and I keep the third row folded down leaving a good sized cargo area for hauling groceries, 50lb bags of birdseed, softener salt and anything else I need to carry. And I absolutely love the way this thing handles! It feels far more like a nimble car than a 3 row SUV. The 12 speaker Bose sound system is clear and powerful. The cabin is very quiet at all speeds. The ride is firm but solid and comfortable. Not a squeak or rattle. I have the Carbon Edition and I feel it looks as fresh as any new three row mid-sized SUV out there. I traded my 2019 Ram Limited (an incredibly luxurious truck for the Mazda and I was concerned about adapting to a smaller vehicle but the CX-9 is everything I could have hoped for. I would recommend anyone who enjoys driving and has to occasionally carry some bulky stuff to consider one of these before they're gone.

Got a great deal on a used car, however they basically snatched my car from under me at a price that was laughable without even asking me. Gigantic misstep and poor practice on their end, but at least the car I ended up with was so vastly superior, I don't really care that much. To be fair, my car did suck, but I know I could've gotten at least 3x the price they paid for it.

My first 2021 Mazda CX-9 GT. One of the best 3 row suv out there. Very smooth and comfortable. Worth every buck. Would buy another when the time comes. Can’t wait for the next generation to come out!

Compared to other 3 row SUV's, this girl is handling beautifully. The V6 roars on the highway (it's also used in the Mustang '11), the handling is straight out of a large coupé, and the styling is beautiful. The cruise control is also very smooth in curves and in the up and downs. She always performs well in the snow, the AWD doesn't disappoint, and for towing she's not the best, but can still carry most small campers, if that's your jam. The interior doesn't disappoint either. The seats are so good they haven't changed them in 11 years (so far!). Best part is, all the 7 seats are comfy! The very back row however can get cramped for the legs for the taller individual, but still an overall great place to be. The sound is great, but expect issues with the Bluetooth. You still have a 6 CD reader, so there's that, and an AUX jack. The boot also has decent space with seats up, and great space with all seats down. It's not without problems, however. She is always thirsty. You will spend a lot on gas. Expect about 500km on a city/highway usecase, 400km in the winter. For parking, it can get cramped, especially in some smaller underground spots. Overall, great car, fun to use, but will cost an arm in gas.

Owned this cx-9 for a year and a half and bought it new. I am constantly shopping for a new car, not because I don't like it, but I am of the belief that the best time to shop for a new car is when you don't need one and you're not unhappy with the one you got. I have not had any problems with the CX-9 and my only gripes about it are to do with the size. It's a little smaller than I'm used to. I'm 5'9", which is by no means tall, and I have to duck so I don't hit my head getting in and out but that could be remedied by lowering the seat which I don't care to do. I also regularly hit my head on the open liftgate. So yes, it's smaller than something like a Grand Cherokee or Explorer or the Highlander of the same model year but it's also a much better value, much better made and much, much, much better to drive. I live in an area with twisty hilly roads and I use the paddle shifters constantly. This is a fun car to drive. And it performs better than my parent's new e-class Mercedes. It's also more comfortable than that and easier to get in and out of for me. If you've got a ton of kids and junk to haul around, you're probably going to find this too tight but otherwise if you need a mid size SUV and you care about performance and overall quality, this one has your name all over it. For years and years I've had full size trucks so I'm used to sitting up higher and having an enormous cabin but I've been looking at them lately, even the ones with price tags nearly twice as much as this one's was and they just look and feel like such junk in comparison to the Mazda. Despite the smaller size, I haven't really run into very many scenarios where I didn't have enough space for my day to day needs, including taking home some 2x6 lumber which fit easily on the inside resting on the console. It's just that it's not as roomy and high up as competitors. So that's your tradeoff. It's a better made, better performing vehicle just that it might be a little smaller and not as spacious as you were hoping for. I really can't think of anything else to really complain about.

So I went down to this dealership, and they were able to sell me the car at a fair price for both parties! The saleswoman, Robyn, was amazing to work with! She was straightforward and amiable and was so helpful in walking me through every step in buying a vehicle. Robyn was never pushy, and I felt that my decisions were always respected throughout this whole process. This is something I really appreciated as a first-time car-owner. I received phenomenal customer service from this dealership I flew all the way from Michigan and was mad at the airport by Jairo. He was awesome!!! I felt very comfortable with this whole sale beginning to end. I wire transferred funds before I even seen the vehicle. I was worried to do so but I knew how hard it was to find the vehicle they were selling so I took them at their word and it was a great decision. Keep in mind you are buying a vehicle that won’t be perfect. You’re getting a older used vehicle. As long as you go into your sale with REALISTIC expectations you will be very happy with this dealership! Jairo actually went to another dealership to buy a part for the Wrangler I bought from them because he knew I was driving it a long distance home. Everything worked very well on the Jeep and it was in very good shape for being 15 years old! Jairo also offered to mail me the print out copy of the Carfax and seriously made the whole experience awesome! Thanks guys. Upgraded from the CX-5. The CX-5 proved to be a reliable daily driver, that provided comfort and a sporty drive. We just need more room. So the CX-9 was the logical choice, and we ended up getting the Signature. The 3rd row is great for small kids only. The rear captain's chairs are great. The car does look good, drives well, the turbo has enough power to move it effortlessly no matter how steep the road. The only complaint I have are the front seats! They are too stiff and after a long drive 4+h, I need a break because my tailbone was killing me. Switched drivers' same story with the wife. So bought a kit and tilted the seat a little more than factory and that seems to have solved the issue. I am thinking about finding some CX-5 seats and swapping them out. Otherwise, the car has performed well, no mechanical issues in 30K miles. Your normal oil change and a set of tires. In conclusion, if you need a daily driver with some more room, that is reliable, looks good, drives well, ......this should be on your radar to consider.

It took a while due to Nissan. The dealership was great. No pressure type of approach. They do add on 3k for “accessories” that you don’t have the option on. They made up for it by offering more on my trade in. Everything was reasonable. Due to the length of time the sales manager gave us a $50 gift card and a free gas up when we stop by later this week. All good people here.

MY MAZDA CX9 GRAND TOURING IS A VERY NICE CAR. GAS MILEAGE IS GOOD, THE CAR'S FEATURES ARE GREAT, AND IT IS COMFORTABLE TO DRIVE. I ESPECIALLY LIKE THE "HEADS UP DSIPLAY". HELP ME KEEP CLOSE TO OR AT THE SPEED LIMIT AND THE NAVIGATION DATA DISPLAYED ON IT IS EASIER TO FOLLOW THAN LOOKING AT THE NAV DISPALY ON DASHBOARD.
