Brickell is a class act. I talked to about 4 other dealerships around the country when shopping for my car. The other dealerships whined and moaned about making a 2nd key -shouldn't this be standard to have 2 keys for a car over 30k? So many other details were handled smoothly and seemed to simply be part of their solid sales policy at Brickell. One dealership offered to send a driver to the airport and told me 'just give him $50' , which was fine and part of buying a new car out of state. Brickell however said just take an Uber and we'll reimburse you. Not a lot of money but just a bunch of little things that added up to a very satisfied customer. Special thanks to Erick and German!! Another minor detail... love all the fresh flowers in the office and cool video screens and art. Employees all seemed very happy as well :)

Great car i love my cx-90, there is plenty of room for my kids with that 3'd row of seats. I love the features driving this car makes me feel like i am in a space ship, and with the adaptive cruise control and lane assist I hardly even have to drive!

So this was a return visit and again the service was excellent. I liked that they took the time right out of the gate to find out what was important to me as a buyer. I also liked that their prices are upfront and competitive they really stand out against local competition. I didn't know the would be able to impress me even more the second time. Everymember of the sales staff was great from the receptionist Josie to to Carter and Schuyler and the detailers. I was so surprised to see how they listened to my 8 year olds input and keen observations and did right by both of us again. I like that this dealer came recommended by a friend and that I feel that they honor that in the way they go above and beyond to treat their customers as friends.

I feel safe at Rudolph Mazda. I don't feel like I am being taken advantage of like at other dealerships. Everyone was transparent and honest about the products that were being offered.

I bought my second Mazda product at Holiday Mazda a couple of weeks ago and I love my new Mazda CX 50 Premium Plus Cypress Green SUV. Hannah Gresser did an incredible job educating me on all the different models and packages so I purchased the vehicle that best fit my needs and wants. Dugie and Ben were very fair with my trade value of my 2018 Mazda 6. I have purchased my families vehicles the last 25 years from Holiday Automotive and even when there were some issues with a couple of these vehicles early in my ownership, Holiday always took care of the issues to my satisfaction. That is a big reason I keep coming back. I would highly recommend Hannah as a sales person who is honest and cares about what your needs and wants are.
