I purchased my Mazda CX-5 in 2019 before it was Luther's. I was not impressed with that aspect a lot of errors. But the service department has always been great. When I call to schedule an appointment for Maintenace, they always work with my time frame. Service department employees are friendly, and I know everything will be taken care of.

I got there they checked my car in the truck it away. We discussed what I needed to have done and told them to do whatever they needed to do to fix it and hour and 10 minutes later it was all set to go. I was impressed with the video That they sent me explaining what they did. I thought that was pretty interesting.

Our buying experience was no stress and a fun experience! Brian (our Sales person) was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and was patient with all our questions.

I had a great experience at Palisades Mazda. I scheduled to test drive a used vehicle, and when I got there on the same day, they had the car ready to go. No wasting time. I also drove another car same day. I wound up purchasing one of them, and the entire process from when I stepped in the door to leaving after the purchase was 2hrs. Rudolph Mazda made my buying experience quick and easy. I found the car I wanted online, Then I went to the dealership and the finance manager found me a good deal, no games. I was driving out in about an hour! My salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He was not pushy at all. This was my 2nd car I have purchased at Rudolph Mazda and though I passed many, many car dealerships with many fine cars on the way, the combination of Mazda and Rudolph will keep me coming back for years to come.

Test drove a GMC and Buick. I wanted white which they got for me the next day, signed papers and out the door I drove my new Buick.
