Great car i love my cx-90, there is plenty of room for my kids with that 3'd row of seats. I love the features driving this car makes me feel like i am in a space ship, and with the adaptive cruise control and lane assist I hardly even have to drive!

The cars I browsed all looked great! I’ve been looking for some time but I’m still on the fence. Through my browse at the dealership everyone was very nice and accommodating. I’ll be coming back to buy a car soon!

Richard Wade was an excellent salesman! Even though I told him I was not sure that I was ready to buy a car, he patiently explained the car’s features and answered all of my questions without making me feel pressured. He noticed a scratch that I had not seen, and had it repaired. When we were going through the settings, he made sure that I knew which ones were most important for me and set them up. Richard knows the car and how to make sure the car is right for the customer! Great experience!

Absolutely the best experience I’ve had at a dealership and I have bought a lot of cars over the years. I have to admit I dreaded buying a new car and shopping around but this dealership - salesman (Shan) and finance department (Lenny) were very friendly and knowledgeable; as well as not pushy which made this transaction that much easier. We unfortunately had two old Mazdas which were purchased from Gaithersburg Mazda that died. They tried their best in the service department (which by the way is also a 5-star department) to repair them but the writing was on the wall. We needed two new cars. Maynor Guzman was just the most caring and knowledgeable salesperson we met since being an ongoing customer there. No matter how much time we needed to make a decision or asked to test drive more than one vehicle, he was very accommodating and then some. And his service didn't stop there. Gave us his card should we have any questions on how some of the technology works. I cannot say enough good things about him and the entire staff.

Mike really made the process easy as a first time buyer he really knows his stuff. Loving the new car and would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase.

I arrived at the dealership looking at the vehicles on the lot when I was approached by Adrian!! his customer service is so awesome and he is very detailed in explaining and addressing your questions! so I was looking to buy a Nissan rouge when he pointed out the Mazda Cx5, went on a test drive and fell in love with this SUV! I purchased it in September 2022 and it was more than I imagined, the drive is very smooth. The staff at Passport really know how to treat and assist their customers, I was so pleased with the customer service I got from my salesman Adrian as well as my finance manager Carlos. James wilder. All day every day, incredible salesmen. So helpful, not pushy, and just a great guy. Left with my mom's dream car with the price we wanted. If you end up with him, you'll end up happy. Took a lot of negotiating for the trade in though. First offer was pretty insulting.
