I purchased a 2021 Chevy Blazer from this dealer. I contacted them first via email and received a prompt call and thorough video of the car since I lived an hour away. The mileage was incorrectly listed tho, and it was actually 10k less, so then they increased the price of the car… They were not willing to negotiate price on the phone so I drove there. They offered me a ridiculously low price for my trade in. I said no and they eventually paid what I asked for it. Overall the process was smooth and I am happy with my car.

I had a terrific experience buying a new/used car from Mohamad Rahal recently at Jeff Haas Mazda, 16711 Katy Freeway, Houston TX 77094. I had just been burned by two other dealerships that did not hold the car for me until I got to their dealerships to negotiate a purchase of the car I wanted to buy - the 1st dealership I called I said I would be there in +/- 3 hours and the 2nd dealership I called I said I will be there in +/- 20 minutes. When I arrived at both dealerships they both told me they have "bad news and good news". The bad news is they just sold the car I asked them to hold me and the good news is they can sell me another car - at both of these dealerships they were young inexperienced salesman. Mohomad is an experienced professional and has been in the car industry for decades and does business "the old fashioned way". Mohamed held the car for me I wanted to buy until I got all my financing in order to pay cash for the car. Mohamed clearly explained each line item on the "Vehicle Buyer's Order" and also the additional lifetime engine warranty I purchased. Always a great experience at Mazda. I purchased my first brand new vehicle in 2023 with the help of Jairon. I recently upgraded to a different model and made sure to only work with Jairon due to the amazing service he provided me with previously. I must say that my second purchase was even better than the first! I did not expect to be purchasing my new vehicle on this particular day because I had work in just a couple of hours. Usually the car-buying experience takes quite a while so I just wanted some more details before sealing the deal. Jairon was able to make it happen in what seemed like half an hour! He helped me every step of the way and was always there when I needed to contact him. He was never pushy and provided me with any information I needed. Review for service side of things- I cannot thank Liberty Mazda Service department enough. I used Liberty Mazda for over a year until I relocated and decided to try out a different Mazda Dealership. The two just simply cannot be compared. Following damages done to my vehicle by a separate dealership, Liberty took me back under their wing and “righted all the wrongs” that were not their own. They are always understanding, kind and flexible. Their actions and work alone have kept me as a customer with the Mazda corporation as a whole. Very friendly staff. My sales person was Robert. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He was patient and took the time to go over every detail of the buying process. At closing he made sure I was completely comfortable with how my new car worked. He didn't miss anything. Definitely go to Mazda to buy and I would ask for Robert.
