Ordered a part for a broken sideview mirror. Went to pick it up, assuming they would give it to me, I'd take it home, and spend days trying to make the repair. To my surprise, Ken from the service dept took care of it right then and there! Extremely accommodating! I didn't even have an appointment. I've been looking for a place to service my Mazda. The search is over! Old fashioned service, which is hard to find these days. Recommend!!

Cannot say enough good things about Werner and my experience. In March I got a new Cx-30, Tucker was great in helping match a package that fit my needs and ordered me in the car. Less than 2 months later I was rear ended and 7 weeks later the car was deemed a total loss. Tucker was then able to re-order me the same exact car, package and colors and it came in within a week, with the same great deal. I hadn't planned to come back so quickly for another new car but Tucker and Jay made a very stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend this dealership

Tears of Joy!!! Their service dept is the best "y'all better get you a Mazda" The service here is over the top honestly. I paid for my repairs over the phone and the car is being dropped off in my driveway!! As a single mom of two small children who works from home.... this is an amazing blessing. Visited Heritage Mazda Bel Air when shopping for a new vehicle; we were in the market for a SUV with 3rd row and had it narrowed down to a Mazda and Hyundai. The staff at Mazda were great and we so appreciated they didn’t try a hard sale. As a Mazda owner already we knew the value of the product but it was refreshing to deal with salespeople who wasn’t just after the sale but wanted to make sure we were happy with our decision. We ended up with the Hyundai but would recommend Mazda Belair to everyone!
