The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

I wrote a bad review on Paretti dealer on the purchase of my Infiniti G37 because as reported by Infiniti of Baton Rouge , the 122000 miles service was performed , but Paretti got the car from Infiniti as completed ;they were under the impression as i was the required service was done , Paretti called me and they were more than willing to work with me even thou it wasn't their fault . They went the extra mile to help me correct the issues and performed the maintenance for me on my Infiniti . I am more than pleased on the response from Paretti , they were professional, courteous and concerned . Stevenson Hendrick is the only dealership I have been too that doesn’t give me a headache. Specifically the Stevenson Hendrick mazda in Wilmington nc. The salesman are great. They let you test drive as many cars as you want and don’t immediately hassle you to buy the car right after you drive it. I have bought 2 cars from the dealership and I am never let down by their amazing customer service. Also getting your car fixed at this dealership is extremely easy. Drop off the car, eat donuts in the waiting room and 10 mins later the car is fixed…boom! Or they give you a rental car and fix it over a few days. Never had a bad experience doing business with these folks. My salesman was Jack Whitmire over at the Mazda and he’s a great guy! I would highly recommend checking this place out if you’re buying a car.
