I purchased a 2019 Mazda CX-5 online from Colorado from Mark Mazda. I couldn’t be happier. The online buying process was simple. I could figure out the exact cost of the vehicle ahead of time, which was helpful when comparing vehicles. I feel I got a MUCH better deal than dealers in CO were offering, even with the “inconvenience” of traveling to AZ to pick up the car. James Fajardo, my salesperson, is FANTASTIC!!! He picked me up from the airport, gave me an overview of the vehicle and even took the time to follow up with the prep guys to get a slight scratch I didn’t notice on the vehicle buffed out. My vehicle was immaculate when I picked it up. James really went above and beyond to make me feel my business was valued. I would highly recommend him. I appreciated the dealership’s willingness to work with me as an out of state buyer. Rick in finance was great too. My only complaint (and thus the 4 stars for the buying process) was having to wait about an hour to get in to see Rick. That part could have been better, considering I had a long drive home. It’s an older dealership so there’s not much to the facilities, but that not what I really cared about. I understand they’ll be moving into a brand new place later in the year which looks much nicer. I’m so happy with my experience I would buy another vehicle from James in the future - even with a long drive home!

I have bought many cars over the years and very few dealers are upfront and actually professional. Chad and I couldnt come to an agreement but it only took 20 minutes. No games, no gimmicks. This is rare. I was there to get a car for my grandmother and he went above and beyond. He was polite and thoughtful. He took her in to account and did everything he could to make it easier on her. I was helping my daughter who lives in San Antonio purchase a new VW Jetta. I was greatly assisted by Russ even after I told him that it would be unlikely that my daughter would actually purchase in AZ. Nevertheless, Russ got me information, answered my questions and quoted a price that was extremely competitive. Had my daughter lived in AZ, she would have purchased from Berge VW, but the logistics of buying out of state and the need to ship the car to San Antonio caused her to buy locally.
