My daughter bought a 2018 Outlander from this dealership. The sales person, finance and delivery staff were friendly and professional . As we live in New York and had a few kinks to overcome with Massachusetts and New York State law. This dealership went well above and beyond in order to overcome this. Phil the Sales Manager kept us well informed throughout the whole process. If we lived in the area, this for sure would be my dealership of choice. We truly appreciate everything they did in order to deliver the car to us. She now is truly enjoying her Outlander with manual transmission as they are difficult to find.

My first time getting my Mazda serviced at this dealer. I was just getting an oil change, but was very impressed with the total experience. Customer service representative was courteous, respectful, and friendly. The service technician provided a texted video of the service he performed and an inspection of the under carriage and tires.
