Stopped in late on Tuesday April 9 for a test drive of a plug in hybrid and salesperson Kelly Murray helped us accomplish that before closing at 9pm. She was friendly, professional and most helpful to us in deciding that we wanted to buy a CX-90. Unfortunately for her a different Mazda dealership had the car of our dreams

Mr Hung was great with the start. Called him and straight forward made a deal and was out of the dealership in an hour. No back and forth with manager or anything. He doesn’t take up a lot of your time. Will recommend him always.

My first service experience at the new BM facilities in Pittsfield. Very nice. Check-in is basically drive-in which makes it very convenient. Service reps were friendly and helpful, I received an informative video on my phone during the procedure, and service was completed promptly. I was soon on my way home. I’ll be back for the next service to my Mazda.

Dear Mazda of Kent Service Department, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by one of your associates, Matt, in the resolution of a persistent issue with repaired of my passenger side window. I have been a customer for a bit over two months, and unfortunately, my experience had been marred by unresponsive service and unanswered calls regarding the window repair. Matt's exceptional professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction turned my experience around completely. He took the time to attentively guide me through the process, addressing my concerns with utmost care and diligence. I use to hate buying a car! The cheesy sales person that would tell me a price, then when we sat down the make the deal not only did it take 4 hours, but the price would end up higher than we had talked about....well that was until I met Katisha ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Katisha actually changed my whole view of buying a car. From the moment we connected she was so personable (texted me a picture of her and my new car), upfront, told me the price I would be paying and had all the paperwork ready for me when I got there. I came in 5 min before closing the last day of the month to get a particular sale option. I managed to find the car I wanted, and West Herr Mazda offered me a great deal. Lydia was my saleslady, and she wasn't one bit stressed by all the rush and having to stay late. All kinds of things were happening at once, with a team of people helping out. We bought the vehicle and returned the next day to pick up the car. Lydia was quite busy, so Chris stepped up to explain all the technology of the vehicle. Overall, the dealership staff worked amazingly well together and provided an excellent sales experience!

My leasing experience last June with Randy was the best new car experience I have ever had. No hard sell or upselling, they worked within my budget and set me up with a nicer car than I was expecting in my price range -- $3,300 less for a three-year lease (identical terms) on an identical car than the quote I had gotten at another dealer in the state. I took my car in for my first oil change yesterday and the experience with Michael and Chase in the service department was fantastic. No upsell, very professional, they even gave me a (truly) free state inspection, which I was not expecting. Five stars.
