After I put my deposit, every procedure I went through was smooth and they were professional, and they work as a very organized team. If you actually visit the place, you will know what I mean. I had a great experience at Palisades Mazda. I scheduled to test drive a used vehicle, and when I got there on the same day, they had the car ready to go. No wasting time. I also drove another car same day. I wound up purchasing one of them, and the entire process from when I stepped in the door to leaving after the purchase was 2hrs. Stephen and Nicole were a pleasure to work with and both knowledgeable. This is how buying a car should be. No sales gimmicks or fees on the back end. Very straightforward and honest. I highly recommend going to this dealership!

The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.
