Customer service was excellent. Adrian was a sales person and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain our options and go over the pros and cons of each vehicle, and gave us the space and time to make our decision. We picked up our Mazda CX-5 today and know we made the right choice!

When choosing a car, I talked with Alvin Rojas. He proved himself to be a decent and friendly manager. An excellent worker and a good person. Although I did not find a suitable car for myself, but if you come to this salon, I recommend contacting Alvin, he will help you.

Today I leased a 2023 Mazda CX-5. I am very happy with this vehicle. The salesman, Paul Denning did an outstanding job in presenting the new features of the CX-5. I was very impressed with the auto start of the vehicle from an app on my phone. Paul took care of all the registration and demonstrated a lot of patience in getting a "binder" from my insurance company so I could get the CX-5 within 24 hours. I got there they checked my car in the truck it away. We discussed what I needed to have done and told them to do whatever they needed to do to fix it and hour and 10 minutes later it was all set to go. Brought it in for the first oil change, etc. They wash the car afterward, which not all dealers do. And I had accidentally pulled off a plastic part behind the left front wheel, and they put it back on with no fuss and little expense.

I dealt with Thomas as my rep, worked with David on the back end. Thomas was great to work with. Arranging for the car to be out front before I arrived and texting me updates along the buying process if what the progress is or what forms I needed. He was super nice and I would recommend. No pressure no pushing, quick responses. Dave was quick with numbers, no waiting.

My daughter bought a 2018 Outlander from this dealership. The sales person, finance and delivery staff were friendly and professional . As we live in New York and had a few kinks to overcome with Massachusetts and New York State law. This dealership went well above and beyond in order to overcome this.
