I arrived at the dealership looking at the vehicles on the lot when I was approached by Adrian!! his customer service is so awesome and he is very detailed in explaining and addressing your questions! so I was looking to buy a Nissan rouge when he pointed out the Mazda Cx5, went on a test drive and fell in love with this SUV! I purchased it in September 2022 and it was more than I imagined, the drive is very smooth. The staff at Passport really know how to treat and assist their customers, I was so pleased with the customer service I got from my salesman Adrian as well as my finance manager Carlos. I had to take my vehicle to the service department and Jessica takes good care of your needs and very detailed in explaining your vehicle issues. Thanks to the parts department for always having available oil filters for my NA Miata. I come in every 3,000 to grab some oil and filters for my Miata and parts is always stocked up. Appreciate these folks I would recommend them to anyone for parts needs.
