New and used 2025 Mazda Mazda3 for sale near Keller, TX

I'm from NH visiting family. My car started acting up. The Mazda customer call center scheduled me when Denton Mazda didn't really have the availability or capacity. I drove almost two hours on a bad engine. John Monigold was very understanding of my situation and as helpful as he could. He went out of his way to ensure I didn't drive there for nothing. They diagnosed and gave a few options. Everyone there was very friendly. I definitely recommend them.

I can always appreciate being able to set-up and fulfill a service appointment in the same day. The free wash afterwards was nice! I will be returning.

Wife found car she wanted. I contacted 11 dealers. 8/11 were basically same offer. Leo listened to what I asked, answered specific questions, and made the best deal. We bought from out of state, but it was a simple and smooth purchase. Drove over, spent 2 hours completing the purchase process, and drove home with new car. Nice dealership, friendly employees, wait for oil change is too long I was there 2-1/2 hours today. They try to upsell as do all dealers, you just have to know your vehicle and have some common sense.

My battery failed, so I had to jumpstart my car. I took it to the dealership for an oil change and battery replacement. When I was checking in, Patsy (my service advisor) asked me if I?d ever had the battery replaced. I told her I had so she said she?d see if it was still under warranty. It was, so I didn?t have to pay anything for the new battery.

The staff here at Hiley Mazda of Hurst is really helpful. Rich Longworth the sales manager who worked with us and helped us finalize our car is a real gem and treats hiss customer both personally and professionally. A real soft spoken person. Service department is courteous. I highly recommend this dealeship.

It was a breath of fresh air dealing with Jason Perez at Hyundai Burleson. He was very honest and kind. I had been looking for a new Palisade of Kia Telluride which were very difficult to find in this market. Jason kept me up to date on the availability they had of Palisades. When it came time to purchase it, Jason was upfront and honest about the price, which was actually a better price than what the other DFW Hyundai dealers were offering. After purchasing my Palisade, Jason continued to stay in touch to offer any help or answer any questions. So pleasant!

Our vehicle purchase options was to our liking as we were intent with our preferences; again very pleased with the process. The finance process was clear, effortless, and prompt; quite please with that part of the process. My wife and I purchased a CX9 at Hiley Mazda of Hurst in December of 2021. It was a great experience. I took the vehicle in for a recall item today and had the best experience ever from a service department. The service advisor was Sixtos Rodriguez. He is amazing at customer service. I highly recommend Hiley Mazda.
