New and used 2025 Mazda Mazda3 for sale near Overlea, MD

I purchased my Mazda CX-5 in 2019 before it was Luther's. I was not impressed with that aspect a lot of errors. But the service department has always been great. When I call to schedule an appointment for Maintenace, they always work with my time frame. Service department employees are friendly, and I know everything will be taken care of.

Always great service. Had extra unexpected repairs but they provided a loaner car. Happy cause I didn't miss my plant share event. Appreciate the extra

I like the fact that I can get a loaner car when my car has too much work to finish in a day. I like the fact that now we can see a video of the problem before the work is done. I have not had any problems with the car breaking down and I think that is because the mechanics are conscientious in looking out for future problems.

Pilar is awesome to work with. She is very responsive and makes the car buying process easy. This is my second time working with her at Galpin Mazda and I’ll be back again.

I was greeted when I first walked in by an employee at the front desk. While she was greeting Steve (a salesman) came out and greeted me as well. He listened to my vehicle interests and did not hesitate on showing me those models. So this was a return visit and again the service was excellent. I liked that they took the time right out of the gate to find out what was important to me as a buyer. I also liked that their prices are upfront and competitive they really stand out against local competition. I didn't know the would be able to impress me even more the second time. Everymember of the sales staff was great from the receptionist Josie to to Carter and Schuyler and the detailers. I was so surprised to see how they listened to my 8 year olds input and keen observations and did right by both of us again. I like that this dealer came recommended by a friend and that I feel that they honor that in the way they go above and beyond to treat their customers as friends.

Megan Dolce goes above and beyond. While I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, I noticed that she was also showing a vehicle to a walk in as it was early in the morning, so to not lose a potential client she jumped into sales mode. Kudos to Megan Dolce for being multi-talented which you don’t see much these days!

I recently worked with Hallie at Jake Sweeney Mazda to purchase a used Honda from 500 miles away. I had never bought a car over phone/text and was a little apprehensive. However, it was a very convenient and positive experience. Hallie was really responsive and friendly and the car was delivered to me on one day and I love my new (to me) car. The service department at Jenkins Mazda is excellent. Jasmine and Katelyn took the time to explain the possible causes of my problem, diagnosed my car and fixed it quickly. The service department is always professional and friendly.

Had a oil change and tire rotation on my Toyota truck and the service I received was outstanding. The service department kept me informed on what was going on and asked before doing anything extra. Let me start by saying this, there are some real GEMS in palisades Mazda. I purchased My vehicle back in November, I did Everything virtually and had the pleasure of working with Nick & JamieLee.. their customer service combined is enough to make you want to come here. I had An issue with my vehicles sensor and came in for service, just to find out JamieLee had transferred into service and I had The pleasure of being assisted by her again! Everyone in the service department is knowledgeable, patient, understanding and compassionate. The service was quick and I was Out in no time. I will 100% be recommending palisades Mazda to everyone!
